The thing about online multiplayer games is that it's impossible to eradicate all negative players. Even if Rito does give out perma bans, they will always exist.

 

I'm gonna stop you right there to tell you that you're right, it is impossible to completely get rid of these kinds of players, but that's not what I'm getting at.

 

I don't really see how those types relate to League... I doubt that the flamers in League fit into the category "Killer", I just don't see people playing League just to insult other players, it doesn't make any sense. Maybe like 1% of all toxic people are actually playing League because they like to insult people. Toxicity comes with the competitivity of the game; because it is a team game you are dependant on your team mates and if mistakes happen you are not the only person you can blame and thus you start to blame the other players, sometimes even when it was your own fault. I don't think there is any possible way to reduce toxicity without effectively diminishing the players in League by a huage amount of players or making the game less competitive which Riot isn't going to do, ever.

 

You just completely reiterated my point. I never suggested toxic players fit in to the killer category solely based off the fact that they're toxic, rather competitive players fit in to the killer category because the game is too competitive, and THAT'S where the toxicity is coming from. Actually, I'm wondering how this became exclusively about toxicity. because I've always been of the opinion that toxic players are punished too harshly as opposed to players that are intentionally detrimental to their own team, who I believe seldom get punished. Both issues are rampant regardless, but the issue that bothers me the most is that this game is way too competitive as it is now.

I can be gone for two minutes. Lower Priority Queue. That means for BEING GONE FOR TWO MINUTES, I HAVE TO WAIT TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE GOING INTO THE LOBBY FOR FIVE MATCHES JUST FOR BEING GONE FOR TWO. Riot please have some level of actual care, and make Tribunal punishments appropriate.

I play League of Legends on the NA Server and even in regular bot matches I have to deal with the strangest randoms. I'm level 30 and in a ranked team. When the team I'm in does a ranked match I always pick Leona because we mostly do 3v3 and are in need of a tank. I pick her because I play AP champions but I also have to balance out AP with Tank items and with her it's easier for me to do. Now if I'm just doing a regular team builder then I either pick AP Ezreal Midlane or Lux for my midlaner if my friend has taken Ezreal. If I'm going support I always pick Morgana because I almost always go botlane with my friend who picks Ezreal. I tend to build AP+CDR+Mana Regen with my AP champions. As for the rare moments I play ADC, I either pick or Ashe, Jinx, Ekko, AD Ezreal, Varus, Vayne, Tristana, or Caitlyn. Now if I play APC, I either go with Ahri, Annie, AP Ezreal, Katarina, Lux, Syndra, Twisted Fate, Veigar, or Zyra. For top lane, I either pick Leona, Irelia, or Yasuo. My only Jungler for now is Elise. I can play support but for that role I either play Janna, Karma, Lux, Lulu, Morgana, Sona, or Soraka. I also have an uncanny ability to pull off AD Sona and yes it's not common but it works at times. The above also applies for both PVP and Bots. If you want to play with me my summoner name is Dantalia. While I am excited for the new season I'm also a bit nervous about it. I do want to start playing ranked more to get into the higher ranks so that when there's a new skin for getting to Gold comes out I can get it. However, I know how toxic it can get in ranked which is why I don't play Ranked much if at all. Anyways, what are your thoughts on the recent champions and skins that have come out so far as well as the new skins that will be coming out? Sorry if this is a lot or too much. I got a little carried away.

So I finally got myself involved in this game and I have to say it's a load of fun. As I thought, it's the characters and world that really make it for me. Wish there was a kind of story or campaign mode. Not that I'm complaining there being a lack of narrative as there is plentiful to that effect just told less conventionally.

Right now you can only get skins by buying them yourself or receiving them as gifts. However, last year Riot gave a free mystery gift to all players who were positive in 2014 (those who hadn't received restrictions or bans during the season). Even better, it was recently announced that a new system called Hextech Crafting will be introduced next season, which will allow you to earn rewards (including permanent skins) by winning games and performing well in each game. It seems that the rewards will be randomized, though, so if you want a specific skin you'd be better off purchasing it directly.

Lucian is like, one of the only adc's that I just cannot stand with a passion. Something about him that I just can't get over and I sure tried when the project skins came out. x)

 

Varus and MF get very similar treatment as well.

Lucian is my fourth favorite ADC (I play like 8 or 9 of them, and there's like 17 in the game). He can be really fun to play, other than his skillcap being a little on the high side. His Q and ult can be inflexible and difficult to use at times. Plus, he's a certified badass. Guns and Voice confirm such. (Vayne is still much more badass than Luc, IMO. She's my favorite). I mean I'm not too good either. I got Bronze V this season (don't like the fact placement matches mattered so much). I would call myself about Silver II in actual skill level.

 

I hate LeaverBuster. It needs to get loosened so bad. I'm hardly able to find games in the queue. Another flaw with LeaverBuster's punishments. The "Lower Queue" is almost worse than the wait. It's likely you won't find a support because it's apparently unnecessary in lower queue for some reason. But nevertheless.... I'm actually waiting on it right now... :/

I don't know what to make of her. I prioritize a Champion's background and character over their abilities. (Yes I know there's some overlap in that. I just reserve an opinion till I know what their deal is.)
