Haha okay, I'll try and think...erm..seriously this is really hard to answer. I guess for Fluttershy when shes cheering for Rainbow Dash when she does her sonic rainboom or that moment in the stare master when she says shes the world champion. For Pinkie probably at the end of baby cakes when Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake say her name and she tears up or her cutie mark flashback. Okay, so technically I posted two things, but I seriously cannot narrow it down to one. EDIT- Was going to post links but it messed up so I changed it and typed it out instead. Cutest thing in all of MLP? That'd be Fluttershy for me. She's possibly the cutest thing I've ever laid eyes on. Although I think Rainbow Dash is cuter overall, Fluttershy's cuteness is more noticeable and you don't need to take the time to explore her character for it to be visible. Basically, Fluttershy's cuteness is plain to see, and that's why she beats Rainbow Dash in this question.

I chose Baby Applejack, however I think the real cutest thing is overlooked. I honestly think Spike's expression of his love of Rarity is so ADORABLE... 

And it's cute how Rarity reacts to this, by calling him her "little spikey wikey."

Without a doubt my vote goes to baby Applejack, whoever thought that up is evil I swear they were trying to kill us with cuteness. But I think the Derpy "muffins" scene also deserves an honorable mention.
