Sunset Shimmer's plan

So, i've been thinking about this since when i saw the last 13 minuts of Equestria Girls: Sunset Shimmer plan (Well, duh, the name of the topic may have been clear enough). I think that is was a mess of plan and it has so many flaws that could have failed from the beginning.

But what do you think about it?

Ps: Sorry if it there was a topic with the same question.

Edit: The plan thing is more about her idea to take over Equestria, who has seen the movie know what i mean.

She intended to gain status in the human world to the point where she could attempt to obtain one of our nuclear bombs, then she would collapse a football stadium during the Equestria Games, plunge Canterlot into a state of martial law using rhetorical demagogue speech to encourage the downtrodden to rise up against against the elite in the city. Then Bruce Mane stops her.

Her plan had  much more sense than Chrysalis'. She wanted to take over Equestria with a teenage army. That makes sense, she had the element of magic, therefore she couldn't be defeated by the elements of harmony, Celestia is a troll, Luna does never do anything. She didn't understand friendship so she couldn't predict she would be defeated by its magic.

The only thing I can't understand is why she didn't mind control the main six.

Besides the elements of harmony, it still sounds quite stupid like plan. Just because you have ONE elements of the harmony dosen't makes you invincible. And shouldn't the element of magic change back cause it was in his original dimension? A coulnd't Twilight get to the portal so she would become the alicorn of MAGIC and be at least match for Sunset?

Well, she was going to take Twilight's crown, go back in he human world, put it on, turn into a hideous mutant monster, and then take over Equestria with a army.

An army of human teenagers. And human that will have the same problems Twilight had when she turned human.

I highly doubt that she could conquer a world with such army. Discord could own every one of them with a snap of a finger, and is possible that Celestia and Luna know a way to snap them out of the hipnosis.

Her plan was simple enough; steal the crown, bring it back to the human world and become powerful then go to Equestria and rule there. The only thing I had a problem with is that nothing was explained as in how she was able to gain power in the human world and not the Equestrian world.

Overall I think the movie was entertaining, but I'm under no illusions that Meghan dug deep coming up with the plot.

Get a teen army and take over Equastria. That's it but she failed to foresee that Twilight could still control her Element and use it to power her new friends.

 

The plot did what it needed to do and Twi got her crown back and Hasbro made money.

Her plan was to cause anarchy & chaos in the human world and Equestria, so she can turn into a monster, take Twilight's crown, and take over Equestria and.. then THE WORLD! OF COURSE!

Overall I think the movie was entertaining, but I'm under no illusions that Meghan dug deep coming up with the plot.

Most people found it entertaining, which at the end of the day is all that matters. I honestly don't think it made any less sense than a standard episode.
