Just a small change here. I would like to keep in line with the country of birth. So aside from a birthday, you will know what country your born on! Like US,UK,Canda...etc

Its my belief that the "Location" section on your profile is used as the same thing "Country of Birth" is used as.

Some of the people here might have been born in one country but both your parents are from another country and you live there. Like me, I was born in Oman but I am Pakistani and my entire family is.

What about people like myself? I was born in America, yet I've lived in Canada since I was 3.

 

Then you can use your About Me to differentiate if it truly matters to you so much That's pretty much what most people do.

 

Zoop was famous for being conservative with adding new forums and subforums. I'm the same with profile fields. They're fun to add, but they accumulate fast and start to become long and cluttery. Favorite pony, etc was added mostly on basic principles of the forum being pony-based, thus personal pony-related profile fields got created by popular demand. But, with something like this, between 'Location' and 'About Me', I think a brand new field would be slightly redundant.
