I only saw some images here and there, suggestive ones, and they were funny, I liked the humor a lot. There is a lot of content of her, so it's impossible to generalize it.

Was Johnjoseco the one responsible for it ? Funny, never knew . I know him for his wonderful art style, and sometimes sexy  humanized art, like this one

I personally liked the whole Molestia thing. Sure, a lot of people didn't like it, but I simply saw it as a mixture of lewdness and comedy.

Well If I were to say one thing about the character is that she was simply a lewd meme parody of Celestia. And was never meant to promote rape, sexual harassment, or be taken seriously for that matter. Imagine what the Tumblr comic series would be like in this modern era had it not have been C&D'd by Hasbro.
