I was on CMC clubhouse and someone asked me how many bits was I the Boss of, 8 or 16.

When I made Bit Boss I totally missed the connotation with 8-bit which is such a cool visual style in gaming, that I had to immediately turn the Boss into an 8-bit avatar!

Never played any of the dragon quest games.

Though I'm familiar with the slimes, I am not so with the quest.

But my first intention was to use an image of my one-and-only OC i have (though I created some quickly OCs before, but just once each just to try and draw. this one lasted in time). And i was sooo close to use it:
