My first & favorite YouTuber is easily Jesse Cox. Also enjoy the Cobalt Sky & the Awkward Reviewer's MLP Blind Commentaries. Most recently I have discovered the Game Grumps & have enjoyed their vids immensely.

I'd have to say SomeOrdinaryGamers, Markiplier, Game Theorists, and TheStickyPaddle. SOG and TSP are GREAT gaming Creepypasta readers, Mark's just plain hilarious when playing scary games, and Game Theorists really know how to make some outlandish theories seem legit.

Since I am a big cartoon fan (I'm almost only watching cartoons! O.o) my absolute favorite YT-channel is Toonsmyth Productions! He's making an awesome cartoon crossover series called "Ultimate Cartoon Fighting". It even featured MLP one time (fighting against adventure time)! Definetely my favorite channel by far! :D

I'd forgotten about Team Four Star.  A friend and I watched our way through seasons 1 & 2 of Dragonball Abridged and had a great time with it.  I'm following season 3 but buddy's gonna wait a bit before he starts watching.  Adding them to my own list.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it save equistria with its five candy coloured friends and shoot rainbows at bad guys using their necklaces and tiara unless you're celestia
