I'll go with Saturn for his great ring systems here but I found all the planets interesting for different reasons. 

There are even more dwarf planets not only Pluto by the way.

The weirdest planets are my favorite.

Right now, I really like rogue planets (which are planets who float outside any star system).

I would say my favorite planet is HD-189733B which is an extremely deadly planet. The winds zip around the planet up to 8,700 kilometers per hour or 5,400 miles per hour. The planet also rains molten glass horizontally so... yeah. That's probably not a planet you would plan your next vacation on. While planets are cool and all that... I find myself more interested in more crazy space phenomena like Black Holes and Neutron Stars. How they work on the inside has always been really fascinating to me.
