Very good vector art, but her mouth seems a little... Off? It's sort of in a weird position, but other than that. it looks great.

Do you have a deviantArt? I'd follow you. :P

If you see me around, feel free to say hey!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. biggrin.png

SO you made this? Not bad I say but then again you can tell some parts weren't done properly like the rounding of the eye and small little details like that tongue.png Still great work!

Thanks. smile.png

I'm still new to this, so I'm not very good yet, but I feel like I'm improving.

This is only the second piece of art I've made, so yeah, I don't have it yet, I might get it soon.

And about the mouth, well, it's kinda weird, sometimes when I look at it, it looks normal, then I look back and I'm like "What the? That doesn't look right!".

This is pretty awesome! Congratulations on making it! Wish I could make art like this laugh.png ! Very nice work.  If you make more I'd be interested in seeing them biggrin.png.

I have made Fluttershy, which was my first art piece: http://mlpforums.com/topic/74983-done-fluttershy-my-first-art-piece/

Nice job there mate! What program do you use if you don't mind me asking? I've had an interest in vectoring for quite some time now but I haven't got a clue as to how I should start.

Anyways, it looks really nice. I really like the facial expression you captured. :)

It looks good, though there are a few small things.. The lines on the ear, middle of the nose, front right leg, back left leg, eye iris, seems like they could be more smooth at some places. The other thing is that the lines on the eyelashes/eyebrows and the outlines of the wing could be a little bit thicker.

in GIMP

He used GIMP as he said. However I would recommend a program more suitable for vectoring such as Illustrator or Inkscape. But of course, GIMP, Photoshop and so on works too I guess.

If you want help on getting started, feel free to ask, I know quite a lot about vectoring smile.png

I basically just wanted something free, and I had heard good things about GIMP, so I used that.

Adobe products are way too overpriced.

GIMP does an excellent job, so I'll stick with it, although, it's all I've ever used, so I can't really recommend anything in particular.

Inkscape for example is an open source vectoring program which you of course can get for free :)

I actually prefer it over Illustrator myself.

I might look into it - I guess it's always good to expand and try new things, although, it will take alot to over power GIMP I think, I'm really starting to like it!
