My most desired type of pizza is something that I eat at least once every couple of months When I can afford to order out.

 

My pizza is simply this:

• Thin crust
• No sauce
• Mozzarella cheese base
• Bacon crumble x2
• Green olives
• Another layer of cheese

I typically get the marinara sauce on the side for dipping if I so choose. C:

It would be a regular-crust pizza (i.e. not Chicago-style, not thin crust, just regular) with pepperoni, pepperocini (green peppers), onions, red bell peppers, crushed red pepper...that's about it. geez, that's not very creative, is it? I guess I like my pizza unadventurous compared with some people.

 

The ingredients in the pizza would all be organic, i.e. no strange chemicals or preservatives or colorings, etc etc. Unfortunately, that might mean the pepperoni gets scrapped. If it does, I'll replace it with spicy chicken.

There’s lots of other great flavours to have on a pizza, but nothing can quite beat the classic for me. I don’t mind pepperoni so much, but I’m more a chicken fan as far as meats go, pork tastes a bit funny to me.

I like my pizza to be deep dish, with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, maybe olives, and cheese crust!!

 

I really like Hawaiian Pizza, with fresh pineapple, chopped ham, slivered almonds, lots of cinnamon...

 

And yet other times, I just prefer plain cheese. Never been a big fan of pepperoni, though.

OK everyone. I'm not sure I said this before, but it is time to introduce everyone to one of the most delicious and uniquely Italian pizzas, La Bronte:

 

Comprising of ham, mozzarella and pistachio cream. Yes, you read that correctly. Pistachio cream, made from crushed pistachios (in case people are wondering if there's a catch). I had that in my hometown during my last trip there if not the one before. This, along with the four cheese and capricciosa (ham, mushrooms, black olive and sliced boiled egg toppings) is now my favorite <3
