movies/tv Who all remembers The Incredibles?

The incredibles, one of the best of pixar, and sadly not that talked about for some reason.

To this day, I wonder why the sequel isn't made, as it has a lot of potential, unlike cars, which for some reason got a sequel why I'll never know...

But it's a great pixar film and one of my favorite movies of all time.

Oh my, that movie was amazing. I was actually thinking about that movie Saturday and how instead of a sequel movie, it ended up being a sequel game. The game was alright, but it wouldn't had been as cool as a sequel movie.

Missed school that day and saw the movie twice along with the Spongebob movie when it was in theaters almost 10 years ago.

What I'm wondering is why Disney doesn't just buy the franchise, hire Brad Bird, even though I think he works there now, and make a sequel. Come on, they bought Star Wars and Marvel, buy the Incredibles for Pete's sake!

Well to be honest I actually just saw this again yesterday with my niece...

Funny thing is I get ALOT more of the jokes and quotes in it. Which is kinda cool ^-^…

Though yeah I do wish they made a sequel regarding "The Underminer"

Because I know they made a game xD

And I just love Frozones personality xD

I love Frozone's personality too. He's always so chill when in danger.

I loved this movie as a kid. When I first saw it when I was about 6 I thought that this movie needed a sequel with that ending and I still think it does. But not they have make a sequel to Cars. Well at least Finding Nemo is getting a sequel.

I heard the reason for the lack of a sequel was that the creator, Brad Bird, has moved onto other things (like directing the new Mission Impossible).   Still, if there is any Pixar movie screaming for a sequel, this is it.

Incredibles isn't *the* best Pixar film (that to me is either Toy Story 2 or Wall-E) but it's up there.

I haven't watched The Incredibles in quite a few years now, but I think I'll watch it again sometime soon. I remember that I loved all the action and I thought it was one of Pixar's best movies. Hopefully it'll get a sequel!

we all love it

No.

I'm sorry guys but I thought the movie was stupid and did not find it amusing at all to watch. I did not like the story, I did not like the characters and I hate the way it's animated. Pixar bullcrap is what I'd call it. Heck I didn't even like the concept of a family being superheroes.

I'm not sure why so many people seem to like it, IMO it's one of the worst animated movies I have seen from Disney. Why is it so popular?? I suppose that it's because it's funny or something? But I remember that I didn't find it funny at all. I saw it a long time ago when it was recently released and I did not like it then, and I also watched it a few years later and thought it was even worse than I did last time.

Though then again, I don't really like any of the 2000's animated movies in general. I liked Wall-E, The Night Before Christmas, The Lion King and a couple of the older Disney classics around 40-50's, however most animated movies nowadays are not fun at all for me to watch. Ice Age?, Toy Story?, Shrek?...eh... no thank you.

To each there own, they say. And that's what I say now. I used hyperbole earlier, so hopefully you'll forgive me for such.

Fun Fact: One of the kids in the dentist's office in Finding Nemo was reading a Mr. Incredible comic book.

Really? Looks I'll be watching Finding Nemo again.

Oh, love the signature by the way. Love the song in the text.

Yeah, Pixar hides all sort of easter eggs like that in their movies, the most notable being the Pizza Planet truck, which has appeared in all of them (yes, even Brave).

And thanks :D Though I might change it soon, maybe. Still, always great to meet another Evanescence fan ^_^

I did see that truck in Brave, and dear God, you should have seen the look on my face. :)

I loved the Incredibles! Still do :D For Pixar's first movie with human CG characters, it's a really good first attempt.

Glad they're making a sequel, too. I think it's coming out in 2015...ish.

That movie is amazing! It definitely deserves a sequel. I remember wishing I had superpowers! :) Syndrome was like the best villain ever! Also, who could forget Edna Mode and her voice! :D now that I think about it, Edna is similar to Rarity! Edna Mode's most memorable quote would definitely be NO CAPES!
