You should see what Dawnpath says about that before you go through with it though. Something like that, the person that actually plays the character should have a say in the matter.

I'm still confused, is it Synthia he's buying, or Samantha? Because Synthia isn't "owned" by Silph and Sarif, that's Samantha, but even then, she's still not owned by them. She wasn't created by Sarif and Silph from scratch, she was in a horrific accident as a child that would have left her in a permanent vegetative state, but she was able to be rebuilt with technology. Just like Robocop

Ok, is Lyridian the only one that noticed Samantha basically just ate close to the same proportion of food that a Snorlax would eat if it were her size? Well, if you count her body weight as just her organic components, because metal augmentations are quite heavy.
