Where the hell are all of the uploads for Season 4 on YouTube these days?

 

Being an English Brony is hard, and, like every country that isn't the USA, we don't get The Hub. This drives us to watch Live Streams of new episodes, and for some of us, that just isn't possible, what with time zones and all.

 

I download every episode in glorious 1080P High Definition, and I take great pride in it. Finding the episode the day after it airs and downloading it used to be simple, but now it has become so difficult. 

 

Every search on YT results in those god damn reaction videos, like anyone watches them anyway!? What could possibly happen in Flight to the Finish that would make people want to see your reaction!?

 

All in all, I just want to know if there's anyone who uploads in full 1080P every episode as soon as it airs. It has been done for every other season, and I don't want to watch them on YT - I like to sit in comfort and watch my ponies, not watch it from my PC like a hermit.

Well the site I use doesn't upload it as soon as it airs (well sometimes it does) but it does upload the episode within 24 hours of when it airs. (usually they get uploaded within 5 or 6 hours ^-^) Here's the site I'm referring to.

It's a bit different. People still upload those episodes. Problem is - they get removed fast. YouTube became even worse with their copyright madness and every MLP episode I've watched on YouTube is long gone for me (I am not sure about previous seasons, but season 4 is almost impossible to find for me). I advice You to look for different website to watch My Little Pony.

I was having trouble finding MLP videos on youtube also. Instead of searching "my little pony season 4 episode 9" try "my little pony s04e09" that helps a lot.

Agreed, sometimes it is how you search for it.

Equestria Daily puts a YouTube link on their ep release posts every Saturday, among other links.

Even I used to rely on youtube to watch the episodes but since as you said I have the HUB, I figured to just DVR the show now so I don't miss anything and its always in HD obviously. The only reason why I watched on youtube, was not only the good quality, but I didn't ahve to wory about commercials and skipping over them. To which with DVR I can do just that, fastward and continue, but on youtube I didn't have to do that they were just not THERE lol!

 

But now I can't find an episode I wasn specifically, like the newest ones as you mentioned. Sure every now and then I'll get lucky, but its never the episode I want and like what said, they get removed very quickly thx to that *insert insult here* copyright restriction on YouTube...

 

Sorry I'm not much help but im sure others can help you out. That or just wait for season 4 to be over (oh who am i kidding, I couldn't even do that!) and wait for it to go on sale with the other seasons that are being sold on Amazon.

I think finding a different site to watch the episodes could help you, since Youtube has a lot of copyright issues when taking down videos which has advanced from their copyright madness even on fan projects that the fans make. I usually rely on Youtube mostly, I don't know why.

I tape them off the Hub but for certain ones I've downloaded the video off YouTube and can stream them to my devices. The best option is to buy the episode I guess.

The episodes get taken down pretty quickly on Youtube nowadays, yeah, mostly because Youtube has been cracking down on copywright and they're not really supposed to be there in the first place. Best thing to really do if you can't watch properly on TV is to find it on YT the day or day after it airs(I've seen them usually get them taken down on mondays, I use YT to rewatch sometimes), or find another site to do it. They're also available for purchase relatively quickly on iTunes and Google Play(probably another huge reason YT cracks down on this), I'm not sure of the regional restrictions there though.

Just use Freemake Video Downloader, it's what I use and it supports Youtube, Daily Motion, and other sites. It's easy to learn how to use as well.

Actually equestrian daily puts up links to the episodes every Saturday within hours if it being aired. Usually a few hours for HD and an hour or so for SD

Equestria Daily is the place to go.  They always have links to the uploads relatively soon after they've been posted.  Each episode has an article called *Insert episode title here*- Streams and Discussion, and they'll be linked there.  This one for example is for the most recent episode.

I don't have Comcast, so I depend on the internet for MLP too.  YouTube is always blocked, so I just use Dailymotion.  It stalls more than YouTube, but at least it's never blocked.

 

I don't really care for video quality that much, so it's up to you.  The max is 720p, and that rarely happens.
