music What do you listen to when you have a meltdown?

I usually listen to the "Leave a Whisper" album by Shinedown.

The tracks in that album are very vengeful and dark, so it kind of sets the mood.

Depends on the type of 'meltdown'. If something has made me inconsolably angry, I'll listen to heavier rock/metal, Nightwish, that sort of thing. If it's something that's made me feel sad, defeated, or like I really just can't do anything right, I'll usually pick instrumental soundtracks. Two Steps From Hell makes music for film trailers, it usually picks me back up again.

@@Harmonic Revelations,

OH MY GOD.

THE FRICKIN' CASUALITIES.

AND UNKNOWN SOLDIER, TOO.

TONY HAWK UG2 CHILDHOOD FTW.

For me, I listen to Good Charlotte, His Infernal Majesty, some Led Zep, Pink Floyd ('specially 'Brain Damage/Eclipse' and 'Comfortably Numb). Sometimes, Three Day's Grace.

"White Light, White Heat, White Trash"

This album by Social Distortion is something I listen to when I feel emotionless or angry. It has a very dark vibe from the songs and lyrics yet I can relate with the lyrics. Perhaps one of the best albums I have ever listened too. But there are songs such as this that are self reflective

This album or any of Metallica's older stuff
