Last night because I came across a video about a man's dementia on FaceBook. I knew I shouldn't have watched it since videos like that are a trigger to me after watching two family members suffer with it in the past.

Technically yesterday. I got overwhelmed by some horrific stuff and tears were the result. I hope it doesn't have a lasting effect.

Yesterday when I suddenly thought back to an anime named "Anohana - The Flower We Saw That Day". Never has there been an anime that has made me ugly cry so hard more than that one has. Just thinking about it sets me off. 

Edit: Okay. Now about 4 minutes ago. I just HAD to think about it.

seriously tho, i only cry over certain things. you'd have to really hurt my feelings to even get a single tear out of me (and im quite a sensitive gal)
