Honestly, I define OCs as "overpowered" within the context of the work of fiction the OC is a character of. So for the canon FiM universe, yes, your OC would definitely be a little overpowered.

And the battle over being the most powerful OC begins!  Honestly, that would make for an epic piece of artwork...

 

Anyway, I have too say that I got a good chuckle when I saw this, and that is a good thing.  The design and color choices are overall appealing and I simply love the look and pose of the character; very confident and almost begging for a challenge.  And using the RYNO as a reference: excellent choice.  The only thing that does not seem right is that the one arm seems rather thing, but that could be me.  

 

Either way, great job with this one and I cannot wait to see what you do next!

 

 

Awesome drawings. Unless your OC could raise the sun or moon it's not overpowered.

 

I do not know, as that gun looks mighty powerful.  Who needs to raise the moon when you can simply blow it up?
