It's an okay song. 

 

The one thing it's missing is some kick and drums. Also, it's very repetitive and needs some variance  You also might want to lower some of that sustain on those saws. Or, make the transition of the sustain gradual. Run the saws and squares through a sort of "sweeping sustainer", which will give the music some flare. Because what you have, is every other measure is sustained, which is very awkward to the listener. Also, try running it though some sweeping filters to also add to it. These will enhance the overall sound. Also, those sudden pauses in the middle are somewhat unnecessary. You could've extended it, which is probably what this piece needs. With it's short time, there was hardly any room for you to twist it, turn it and play with it.

Thanks for the feedback, but the point of it was to be a short outro soundtrack themed for what my friend needed. I was messaging him and he said that is what he wanted. I didn't want to add too many drums or have them too intense so I left it with a kick (which I still have trouble with sounding loud enough). The sudden pauses (tape stops) are meant to be like a video game pausing or saying game over. With the every other sustain bit, why would it make it awkward. I sent it to some other people who said they liked it a lot. It sounds like some of it is personal preference. Thanks for the notes though! I will keep them in mind!
