I only see one Colgate, filly Colgate. The other mare has completely different colors all around. The design getting reused with different colors is nothing new, during Winter Wrap-up there are like 4 other mares with Derpy's design but different colors.

 

Only Trixie is powerful enough to appear multiple times in one scene.

I noticed this too...which makes me wonder when aging begins among Equestrian ponies. I mean Granny Smith is obviously old, but other than old ponies, young adult ponies, and fillies/colts, there are no "middle-aged Ponies"....we can't even say Rarity's parents are middle aged because (although they are dressed the part and are a bit yuppie due the stereotypes they are trying to convey), there are no ponies thus far who have a few wrinkles, or anything that shows them to be older than most, but not yet elderly.....
