Having to perform something in front of an audience. All the worst possible scenarios mingle in my head many days before the event. It doesn't stop. It's like a constant depressing thought that won't get away until the performance is finally done.

I try to calm myself by thinking about forests and open fields and listening to chillout music. It helps for a moment.

I just LOVE the atmosphere, you know, all those contrasts... cold out, warm in ; bright orange warm lights, cold dark weather ; depressing atmosphere, cheery songs

I've never been to a concert in my life, so I can't really answer that. I've been to live musical theatre shows, but obviously, we shouldn't sing along in those.  In summary, no, I don't.
