Humans Vs Earth Ponies.

 

Earth Ponies have no overpowered Mary Sue or Gary Stu Alicorns to help them. They can bleed and die just like everyone else. 

 

So whom would win in a medieval setting? No guns otherwise the Earth Ponies would have zero chance in winning if they still in a medieval setting, just swords, armor and bows.

 

If either side wins, both do the same thing by putting them into a brutal dictatorship.

But for the heck of it, I think humans because they'll do anything to win a fight.

The Earth Ponies seem to have a sense of honor in them.

Humans have weapons that could easily take out a pony.

Well, to be honest. The Ponies don't play fair either in many stories, such as Celestia using invincibility cheat and hiding behind a near unstoppable expanding wall of death known as 'the Barrier' from The Conversion Bureau.

For one thing, most animals are much stronger than humans in general.

Secondly, Earth Ponies from MLP have increased strength. Maud Pie demolished a rock with nothing but her hooves and Applejack knocked over a tree in one kick in the last episode.
