Priority 1: Assess threat. Is there anything else happening right now that needs to be dealt with right away?

Priority 2: Deal with the injured. Get my wife as she has basic-level EMT and Vet training to examine the pony and determine next steps on that front.

Priority 3: Grab go-bag, and locate portal. That pony is not from around here. I need to know if this is a limited intrusion or is reality breaking down in general. I have contingency plans that can be modified as needed, but they do no good if I'm adapting them to the wrong scenario.

Now for my response. If it was fluttershy.. Omg, id cry soooo hard.. Id check to see if shes alive, put her in my pickup and get home fast to give her medical attention.

Id do the same for any of the mane 6.

 

If i ran over diamond, blueblood, silverspoon.. I wouldnt give a damn but i wouldnt leave them in the road. Id still give them medical attention. Except blueblood, he needs to die!

I'm fourteen, so I can't drive yet, but I would prooobably be shocked at first and think "how the heck did a pony get here?!" and quickly go and check if it was still breathing. If it was, I would probably not take it to the vet because then it would probably be put into a lab to be experimented on or something. (I would remember "My Little Dashie" as well.) I would take it home and take it care of myself, and would only get help from someone else if I absolutely had too. When it was better, I would keep it as a pet/friend (especially if it was a girl).

In the end, I guess, either way, I help them out and try to make a friend out of them. It wouldn't matter if it's Sombra, Chrysalis, Diamond Tiara, or Rainbow Freaking Dash, I'll help however I can.

 If it was my OC? Hmm...considering it's my Ponysona, Will Guide, I'd imagine it would happen like this:

 

First, I'd be driving carefully in my car through the quiet part of the neighborhood heading home alone. Then, for some odd reason, I felt part of my mind slipped. The resulting moment of unawareness would cause me to slightly bump into something that came out of nowhere. Though the damage to the car is not serious, I would be very confused. Not just by the fact that there's an animated pony is my world, but that it's MY Other Self! (Whoa! That would explain the mind slip!)

 

Of Course I would help my other self! After all, I wouldn't be whole if my other self died. I would call the people I trust to come and give me a hand, eventually getting my pony self back from critical condition. I'd imagine because he's a part of me, I could mentally speak to him and tell him that he'll be fine. After he'd regain consciousness, we would eventually both figure out how this has happened and set things right!

If it was Rarity...I'd probably get out of my car and take her dead body, have her cremated and spread her ashes somewhere nice that I think she'd like, probably a fancy garden with an assortment of beautiful flowers and what not... After that, I could see myself becoming highly introverted and...I don't know, man, I'd be a broken human being. I don't know what I'd do. It wouldn't be good, though.

However, is he/she was dead, then I'd grab my knife, press it against my neck, then push it all the way in, for I'd never forgive myself if I took a life for a cause that is not protection of my friends or family or other humans/ponies.....
