Ads that drive you insane ?

What ads, whether they're TV or Computer ads, what ones do you hate the most ? For me it is this thing, it is Computer ad and some woman's voice just shouts along with some ringing noise "You have mail! You have mail!" I don't have freaking mail!

"Eat this to lose weight quick!" And it's a freaking diseased potato or something unidentifiable and repulsive.

 

That damn old man who is hilariously muscular stating a easy way to get ripped, of course I would fall for that being a slim and sad person.

 

What I hate the most, is the retarded MMO erotic role playing that pops up from time to time on any website I visit.

 

I know these things vary depending on what you look up, but I never browse the internet for anything that foolish on my parent's computer... on top of the fact I simply don't give a shit, but capitalism doesn't care about my feelings sooooo.... there you have it.

There’s this one disgusting ad I know. It’s an ad about a T-shirt company promoting a group called DADD, which stands for Dads Against Daughters Dating. This group is formed so that daughters can kill their very own fathers for not allowing them to date whoever the daughter is dating. This ad makes me lose hope in humanity a lot. ;_;

 

But thankfully, I don’t see that ad much, since I have Adblock on most of the time...

I have a million. The most annoying ones are the online 'Doctors Everywhere are Envying This Weight Loss Secret' or 'The Holy Grail of Weight Loss.' With a disgusting picture of some weird food. Then there's the 'Hot Singles' types that should be in the NSFW category.

I find them SO annoying that I want the AdBlock. Now.

 

There's this one weird ad on this site for chicken broth in hospitals.

 

As for TV commercials, I agree with whoever said the Nationwide insurance jingle is irritating - GAHHHH! I want to rip out my ears.

 

ASPCA commercials are just...MEH!! I like the Pedigree commercials better, as they're super short and have a happy ending. But I can't stand ASPCA commercials, even though I LURF animals.

 

I also can't stand kid's commercials. I have to see those when I watch new episodes of MLP on the Hub, and they bother me. How is it that kids want that stuff, first of all?

"Buy this weird glow in the dark playdoh-ish thing for only $29.99!!"

It may sound weird, but Ignatius Sir Pig is strongly interested in these commercials, especially ones about Flashlight Friend-related stuff. He got sad once they didn't air that commercial any more.

 

I remember a little while ago there were these smoking ads that I found slightly disturbing. At least I'll never smoke because you have to have a hole in your throat and all that, so, disturbing commercial, can you leave me alone now?

 

I find poorly done commercials HILARIOUS, though.
