  1. I'm starting to really like these preference sorters. They're much easier to use than it is to sort everything manually. Funny, I knew Twilight was my least favorite of the mane 6, but I really had no idea she would rank as low as she did. And for the record, Scootaloo is worst pony.
  2. For simplicity's sake, I'm only gonna name games which are not already confirmed to be in development. So, that means Last Light and Dragon Age 3 are gonna be AWOL. 1. Star Wars: Battlefront 3 2. Star Wars: Imperial Commando (Republic Commando 2) 3. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3 4. Star Wars: Jedi Knight 4 (Or Dark Forces 6. The numbering is complicated in that series.) 5. Mass Effect 4 (Or a prequel. I just want more Mass Effect.) 6. Alpha Protocol 2 (I consider Alpha Protocol to be the most criminally underrated game ever made. It desperately needs a sequel.) 7. Fallout 4 8. Homefront 2 (Yeah, Homefront wasn't the best game, but I'm still glad I played it.) 9. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 3 10. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory 2 (Chaos Theory is like the Matrix. There are no damn sequels. I'd much rather have a proper Splinter Cell game than whatever it is Ubisoft's cooking up in their shop of horrors right now.) 11. Welcome to Ponyville: Act 2
  3. Apparently, this is my full ranked list. http://goo.gl/m4gdi It's pretty dead on accurate near the top and bottom, but it's a bit hazy near the middle.
  4. Fallout: Equestria (which is my headcanon, by the way) actually had the very same interpretation of the elements. It makes sense, when you think about it. If the elements were passed from the princesses down to the mane 6, then theoretically, they could be passed down to any pony that showed the requisite virtues.
  5. Actually, shortly after the episode aired, it was confirmed on Twitter by Sibsy. http://www.equestriadaily.com/2012/12/applejacks-parents-subtle-nod-in-episode.html AJ's parents really are dead. It's canon, not just headcanon.
  6. This season was kind of lacking in good songs, though I still loved Babs Seed, True True Friend, and What my Cutie Mark is Telling Me.
  7. Whenever the show leaves something up to interpretation, in come the fans to fill in the blanks. We all have our own theories as to what occurs before, after, and behind the scenes of the show, and I'd like us all to share them.
  8. I have a pretty long story to tell. My very first exposure to the fandom was through CR's LP of Story of the Blanks. http://thatguywiththeglasses.com/videolinks/teamt/cr/lp/31725-lets-play-my-little-pony-story-of-the-blanks I watched that in July of 2011, got interested in the fandom, and then eventually watched the pilot in mid August of the same year. I didn't like it very much. So, I kind of decided to just be "live and let live" about these brony folks, until late Febuary / early March of 2012, when I got incredibly bored and decided to watch the rest of the show. I liked it alot more. I remember the day I officially joined the fandom was March 4th, which is approximately one year ago, this week.
  9. I tend to dislike most fan music, though I definitely have a softspot for pretty much anything by EileMonty. Her voice is nothing short of angelic. This, in particular, is my favorite song to ever come out of the fandom. It was made by EileMonty, RadioHooves, and Warbalist as part of the Fallout: Equestria radio play, and is an english language cover of a pop song from South Korea.
  10. Either this, or the suicide mission track from Mass Effect 2: Or, if you're okay with somethng slightly more "alternative" for a final battle song, OneRepublic's got the cure for what ails ya: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQXsqvSyMRU
  11. Kids have dirty minds. You censor the word "loser", and the first thing to come to their mind will probably be the "F" word. Party of One with constant F-bombs would be pretty surreal, though. O_o
  12. Pretty much every CMC episode, especially Sleepless in Ponyville. I remember when I used to shudder at the mere thought of a CMC episode, and Sleepless was my main contender for the worst episode of S3 for a while. I still find Scootaloo to be pretty annoying in Sleepless, but upon watching it again, I think there's definitely some great character development in there, Scoot and Dash becoming sisters opens up whole new worlds of possibilities for the characters, and the writers were actually pretty inventive in their storytelling. For instance, one scene that I love in that episode is where Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom are frightened by one of Dash's stories, scream, and turn to hug their big sisters, whie Scootaloo sat alone. I was even impressed by that scene even on my first viewing, and re-watching the episode makes me appreciate it even more. I guess I can't really condemn an episode for having one annoying character, when the storytelling and character development are nothing short of groundbreaking for the series. Really, upon reflection, Sleepless is probably one of the best CMC episodes, only being beaten by the phenomenal Sisterhooves Social. That's how much that episode grew on me after only one repeat viewing.
  13. That was definitely one of my favorite FiW episodes yet. Though I'm surprised they didn't do anything with the Changelings. Alot of great comedic potential there.
  14. Fallout: Equestria, and Of War and Friendship. I love epic fics, fics that immerse you into their universe. I'm also currently reading Upheaval: Breaking Point, and it's pretty good so far. Though, that might be because it reminds me so much of Dragon Age: Origins.
  15. Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I currently have two writing projects in the works, one dark pre-equestria fic, and one original novel that doesn't really have much to do with ponies. I'll definitely share the first one here with you guys, as soon as it's finished.
  16. I've been in the fandom for about a year now. My favorite episodes are Magic Duel, Wonderbolt Academy, Party of One, and Lesson Zero. I also love reading fanfic, and hope to become a writer myself some day. Oh yeah, and Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony. That just about covers it. Pleased to meet you all.
  17. I've been known to get emotional over a good story. The ending of Fallout: Equestria, for instance, still tears me up to this day. Heck, the mere thought of some of the moments in that fic are enough to get the waterworks flowing. MLD did not, at any point, impress me in the slightest. It felt more like it was bludgeoning me over the head with a mallet and ordering me to cry than it was trying to deliver an actual story. Additionally, Dash was seriously out of character, the human character was as bland as cardboard, and nothing ever actually happened until the end. I love a good fanfic, but MLD was not a good fanfic.
