    i have no idea how to use paint tool SAI but if you ask round the forums im sure that people will be able to help you if you want to learn how to use Photoshop ( i highly recommend it cos its really easy to use when you learn and results are epic) then you should be able to find videos on how to vector really well OrangeL89 vids should help

    the outline and hair is good and i wanna put this lightly as possible mate but uhm dem eyes Tip USE THE ellipse tool for the eyes and the hoofs are a bit angular try using curves instead of angles line on the bottom of the hoofs what program are you using ? if you are using Photoshop cs5 i might be able to help you get better otherwise its pretty good for a first attempt
