  1. I love this guys stuff, sad solo acoustic folk. Everything I had I seem to have lost. Everyone who loved me seems to have forgot. Everything I want seems too far away. I'll just stay in bed for another day.
  2. You seem to have a severe case of unwarranted self-importance. Hasbro does not, and never will, cater exclusively to bronies. Sure, they throw us a bone here and there, but MLP will remain forever a show for young girls. Get used to it. Also, what the hell does Mass Effect 3 have to do with any of this? You keep bringing up it's ending but I don't see any relation.
  3. Not the biggest fan of rap/hip hop either, and I hate the hype surrounding Tyler the Creator and the OF crew, but Tyler's first album 'Bastard' is actually still amazing.

The grandfather of Suicidal Black metal: Strid. The End Of Life demo is seriously haunting and beautiful. Music to slit your throat to.
  5. No, not ever. I mean, sure when I first got into it, I was obsessed for a few weeks, but even then I wouldn't have even placed it in my top 10. Now, thanks to season 3 its not even in my top 25.
  6. Been listening to Leonard Cohen all day today, but I've replayed this song like fifteen times at least. Probably my favorite song of his.
  7. There's nothing that shows more dedication than self-destruction.

  8. Frick, for every anime series I finish, I discover two more to download afterwards. Not that this is a bad thing, only problem is my external hard drive is about to overflow!

  9. I'm gonna die young, drunk and alone. Not sure yet if I'm okay with this.

When it comes to black metal, I agree, Bathory were definitely the first. Venom coined the term, and helped develop the aesthetic of black metal, but they are a total NWOBHM/speed metal band. Seen Midnight live three times now, every time is a fuckin banger. If you haven't heard them yet, check it out. They're the aborted love-child of Venom and Motorhead.
  11. With me its all about the grindcore and crust punk. There is nothing better than harsh as fuck crust and grind. NOISE NOT MUSIC!
  12. - Anime in general is better than MLP - there's actually quite alot of fandoms that I'm a bigger fan of than MLP - low-fi music is better than music with high production values - hunger games can fuck off, only Battle Royale is real
  13. I like Earl's solo album and Tyler's Bastard had some good songs on it, but beyond that they are just over-hyped to shit and I don't bother following news on them anymore.

One time I got caught listening to Lolicore in grade 11. I laughed it off like it was a joke but I knew people thought I was fucked up. It even came back to haunt me at grade 12 graduation. The class reps had this whole speech where it was like "I remember the time X did/said/was Y" and they did one for everyone, the one about me was "I remember when (insertmyrealnamehere) was listening to little Japanese girls moaning and crying and tried to convince everyone it was music." I was ready to commit seppuku right then and there I tell ya what. Now when I lsten to my ipod I keep the screen turned downwards and have better headphones that don't emit so much noise to the outsiders. Anyways, back on-topic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3Nx22FMoBc Some awesome death/grind. Also, those vocals are NOT pitch-shifted if you can believe that.
  15. When it comes to beer, I buy whatever swill is listed as discount for the week. I'm not gonna pussyfoot around and lie to you guys about "enjoying the taste of a good lager." When I'm planning on drinking, I'm going all the way. If I'm not hungover the next day, I didn't do it right.

Got a Dark Angels army that I've had for about 5 years, haven't really been into the hobby recently, but maybe someday the passion will come back. A full command squad with Chaplain and Terminator Librarian, full Terminator squad, two full Tactical Squads and a Scout squad, plus a Tactical Dreadnaught. I also have all the 3rd Gen Dark Angels heroes (Azazael, Ezeikel, Asmodeus and the Fallen Angel Cypher). The whole army is in different stages of prepared-ness (ex: all the troops are fully painted, along with the command squad but terminators and scouts are only undercoated and the heroes and dreadnaught are merely assembled.) I also have a Razorback tank that's still in it's box. I gotta get me the new Dark Angels codex asap. A MOMENT OF LAXITY SPAWNS A LIFETIME OF HERESY. NEVER FORGET NEVER FORGIVE.
  17. I just wanna stay in my room, eat Kraft Dinner and watch anime for the rest of my life. Is that so wrong?

Some outlandish black rock and roll! I'm not a huge fan of Impaled Nazarene but this EP kicks a major amount of ass. The Gang Green cover at the end is particularly good.
  19. Tfw you finish an anime and it feels like there is a hole in your life, but then you realize you can numb the pain with a new one. It's a cycle of misery.

Acid Witch are probably my favorite death/doom band. I have both albums on vinyl, they are so fun to spin constantly all October long.
  21. You can class witch house music under electronic right? I'm doing it either way because Salem is amazing, its like I'm high without having to actually do drugs.
  22. Two movies that have fantastic electronic soundtracks, Danny the Dog (called Unleashed in the U.S/Cananda) and The Raid: Redemption which is one of my all time favorite action movies. Massive Attack actually did almost all the soundtrack for this film And Mike Shinoda was in charge of the U.S. release soundtrack for The Raid

Black Lagoon. On topic: Posted a song by these guys a while back. Absolutely fantastic band from Lebanon. Filthy and evil in all the right places, its like black metal, crust punk and just a touch of industrial here and there, all in one ugly little package. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phNwHEQ-3hQ
