  1. I was just getting ready to graduate high school. A whole lot less mature back then, too. Never heard of MLP. Still in a Charismatic church, rather than the Reformed Presbyterian church I go to now. I thought for sure I was gonna go into theatre in college, but that didn't happen. Wow. I've really come a long way!
  2. Well, it's the only sex I've got. It'd be kinda silly of me to be anything but happy with it. Even if I wanted to, it's not like I could trade my Y chromosome for an X.
  3. My advice: give yourself something else to think about. I have a similar issue to what you're describing, where sexual thoughts will pop into my head seemingly at random, and while that may not seem like much of an issue, I prefer to avoid such thoughts due to religious convictions. So what I do is memorize Scripture and recite it back to myself whenever undesired thoughts come to mind, and it tends to help. Now, I'm not saying you have to memorize Scripture, but find something in life that's more important to you than relationships, and make a habit of meditating on it all the time, especially when unwanted thoughts arise. And when I say meditate, I don't mean this: I just mean that, whether you're walking, driving, eating, studying, working, or anything else, devote some time and energy to thinking about that thing that's important to you. It doesn't have to be a whole lot of time and energy—it shouldn't even interrupt whatever else it is you're doing—it just needs to be marginally more time and energy than you would otherwise be spending thinking about relationships. But hey, that's just me.
  4. Do I prefer classical, country, or dubstep? The answer is no. I object to the “or.” They're all good!
  5. I feel like, for the most part, I'm pretty much that super-conservative Christian guy.
  6. I like the flavor, but they're a whole lot more expensive than pipes, and my body doesn't tend to handle cigars very well, either.
  7. Yup, I smoke, but only a pipe and the occasional cigar. No cigarettes here. 1. Started when I turned 18, and I got into it because a good (older) friend of mine smoked a pipe. 2. I love it! 3. Nope! No regrets! 4. Don't smoke cigarettes. As another good, older, pipe-smoking friend of mine once said, "They're smelly and overpriced." Also, the benefit to pipes and cigars over cigarettes is that you're not supposed to inhale the smoke, meaning it doesn't get into your lungs, meaning no addiction and no lung cancer. They don't burn as hot as cigarettes, either, which even reduces the (already pretty minimal) risk of mouth or throat cancer. And pipe tobacco is miles cheaper in the long run (although cigars are ludicrously expensive).
  8. Impressive artwork! The angle and font of the text makes it a teensy bit hard to read, though.... 9/10

God is the Alpha and Omega, the Almighty One. "Our Father, who art in heaven...", Father refers to God.

Jesus is God on Earth, He is our Saviour. The Holy Spirit is the omnipotence of God that exists indefinitely.

Heh...I've heard that quote from R.C.a while back... :)

@TheProfessor: Context is key. And scripture does make it very clear that Christ is God. and as only God is good, because Christ is God, He is God.

  10. By expelling air quickly and forcefully through my nose, generally as a result of some manner of irritation in the nasal passageway.
  11. Ooh! You know who would be great as Link?? Heath Ledg— Oh, wait....... No, WAIT! I've got it! Best cast ever for this! Ganondorf: Samuel L. Jackson Link: Vin Diesel Zelda: Bruce Willis Impa: Arnold Schwarzenegger I can sorta see Morena Baccarin as Zelda, although she'd probably have to die her hair a lighter color.
  12. Alas, I have not seen that. As devastating as it would be to Zelda fans, I think it'd be darn near impossible to have a live-action series wherein the main protagonist never talks.
  13. Hmm.... Might be a stretch, but I could almost see Gary Oldman as Ganondorf. Of course, I'm mainly thinking of him as Ruber in Quest for Camelot, which was notably not live-action. Maybe.... Hugo Weaving as Ganondorf, mayhaps? Ooh, or Danny Trejo! Maybe Chris Pine as Link...
  14. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *deep breath* eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyup.
  15. Well, from what I've heard, it is certainly at least more kid-friendly than GoT.....
  16. I like the comparison, though: Rather an apt description of the Zelda franchise, in my opinion.
  17. Speaking of which, this Legend of Zelda live-action movie is also a thing. Low budget, sure, but I actually rather enjoyed it.
  18. Is sexuality truly so rigid, immutable, and predetermined? Well, I certainly don't claim to be an authority on the matter, but this article proffers an interesting perspective. http://www.thepublicdiscourse.com/2015/02/14388/

      Hmm...very interesting indeed. :)

  19. I'm a little leery of the report, and I don't want to get my or anyone else's hopes up, but according to this article, Netflix is considering development of a live-action Legend of Zelda series. Thoughts?
  20. There's certainly a good deal of resemblance there, what with the colors being fairly similar. Hard to say for sure if it's really Scoot's mom, though.
