  1. It's an age old mystery, so it's something that drives the imaginations of many. It's not something that interests me personally, but considering my interest in history & archeology, I can certainly understand their enthusiasm. Not that it matters. Babylon 5 already had it covered.
  2. Spiders. I'm sorry, but spiders in any sort of media still gives me the creeps. Be it Dragon Age, Skyrim, Uncharted, or Lords of Shadow, I still can barely get by those eight legged monsters without squirming in my seat. Speaking of Uncharted, when I first played the first game the Descendants REALLY scared the shit out of me, and I really had a sense of dread when going into that old Nazi bunker. Not so much these days, but they're still pretty creepy.
  3. Well, I wanted one of my OC, so I cropped it out of a bigger piece, and here he is. <3
  4. Ah! I love him! Well done, I say! Well done.
  5. I'm feelin' pretty good. When I get home I'll give Risen 3 a try before going back to Skyrim and exploring a Dwemer ruin. I'm gonna try to take this day by the scruff of the neck & make it a good one.
  6. Sometimes I feel like I'm playing brohoof tag with Jeric. XD Not that that's a bad thing... :P

  7. Well, in and off itself religion is a construct of humanity. While it's existence makes sense from our perspective, that doesn't necessarily mean it has to exist in the realm of ponies, zebras, centaurs, etc. I like what @Jeric said and therefore, I have to agree. Take the crystal ponies for example. The never worship the crystal heart, but they value it as an intricate part of their well-being, culture, and history. And that will differ from culture to culture. Heck, for all we know, zebras and the Saddle Arabians may actually perform some sort of worship that we're unaware of! It really is fascinating to think about.
  8. Well, it's a complicated question, but I'd probably have to say yes and no. Now, I'm usually shy & quiet, so meeting new people and starting new conversations was never a strong point of mine. As it stands, I really don't have any actual IRL friends left at this point. A lot of friends I made back in my younger years turned out to be real jerks, bullies, or general trouble-makers. Most of those I came to know in public school were mainly acquaintances; we never really hung out. The one friend who did stick with me...well, life has gotten in our way and we haven't spoken since a few years ago. Because of that, all of my actual friends now-a-days are internet friends; of which I value like any true friendship. I mean true friendship isn't physical to me; it's much more than that. That might sound weird coming from a 28 yr old, but it is what it is.
  9. I'd rather be friends with someone who values a strong relationship with another rather than someone who automatically sees 'booty-call' or whatnot. I'm sorry, but it just ticks me off when a member of my own sex pulls that crap, and I feel bad for women who feel uncomfortable around men because of that. I mean, I don't blame them one bit. I'm not saying some women don't do the same, but I rarely see that. Honestly, I might develop a crush with someone (whether IRL or on a forum), but I'd prefer to develop a friendship first. I mean, even when the romance is gone or not mutual, at least you have that friendship to hang onto. THAT'S key!
  10. Honestly, I was never really able to get into Tekken. I dunno, but it's style never really appealed to me back in the days. The same could be said for Street Fighter; honestly. Really, I'm more into Mortal Kombat & Soul Calibur personally, but that doesn't mean I don't recognize that Tekken has some strengths.
  11. To be fair Godzilla does have a history of clumsiness, so I can forgive that. Plus, if Gozilla could be held off by an under-powered King Ghidorah in GMK, I can see him having a tough time with a much faster & smarter Gamera amalgamation.
  12. I loved the vid, but one problem I had with it was it seemed that they amalgamated the varius versins of Godzilla & Gamera. I have a hard time believing the evil Goji from GMK or the large one from the 2014 reboot could pull off a "gravity-defying drop kick," but considering everything amalgamation was probably the best move.
  13. Well, my favorite right now is Godzilla vs. Gamera, followed closely by Robotnik/Wiley, Shao Kahn/M. Bison and Superman/Goku. The others I happened to like were Starscream/Rainbow Dash, Sonic/Mario, Tails/Luigi, and Ryu Hayabusa/Strider Hiryu.
  14. Royal blue; something about blue that resonates with me.
  15. Am I the only one who, when I get a collector's edition of a game, grabs the music from the included soundtrack before ever touching the game? I mean I have now done that with Dark Souls 2, Divinity 2, and now Deadfall Adventures. What can I say? I love game music. XD

      No, it's the three I mentioned. I just opened my copy of Deadfall Adventures, and went straight to getting the soundtrack music from the included disc. :)

    3. Khaoios

      Khaoios

      Oh okay. Yet, I would pretty much do the same thing, b/c of the soundtracks.

      Indeed. I love game music. <3

  16. Pepperoni & Cheese. Period. All this 'everything' crap can stuff it.
  17. It's usually anything achievement hunter related; haha.
  18. So...I missed this, but it seems Warner Brothers acquired the rights to a DnD movie last year? Hmmm...

  19. Give it some time my friend. Considering the amount of applications the staff has received (judging by the interest in the thread alone), it's likely they have to go through them with a fine-toothed comb. Considering the relative size of the forums and general complexity of the whole setup, they have to be picky. Again, just be patient. Edit: @SCS beat me to it. XD
  20. Hot dogs. Six freakin' hot dogs. I eat way too much some days... ;_;
  21. It really makes little difference to me. I mean, I see alicorn Twilight as likely the next place to really take her character. I liked unicorn Twilight, but I think it's to say that the show had pretty been building this up for a while before season 3.
  22. 1. Corn Stalk 2. Cloudy Skies 3. Magical Delicacy Best things I could think of on the fly. XD
  23. Elementary: I was a bit of a trouble maker at times. I mean, the things I did were minor and I guess fairly innocent 'kid-stuff.' Probably the worst thing I did was poke a class-mate with a sharpened pencil. Yeah, that was more than minor and I still kinda regret that to this day. Thankfully, it was a small poke that didn't any damage, but still...I should've known better as a kid. Junior High: By the time I reached fourth grade I wised-up a bit. Only had detention once for some stupid stuff I did. Now, I will admit that I was WRONGLY ACCUSED of cussing and was pretty much publicly humiliated for it by a teacher. High School: No trouble that I can remember... College: Same, and I seriously miss college. ;_;
  24. Well, it depends: At work, it's usually khaki pants with a semi-formal buttoned shirt and dress shoes. Anywhere else, it's usually a t-shirt, basketball shorts, sandals, and a visor hat. Honestly, I go for comfort; period.
