      I would have liked to see Princess Luna having to resort to casting a "Smiling spell" in order to one up

      Princess Celestia only for her smile to keep getting more & more scary as time went on.

      It was refreshing to have a Spike episode where he’s not written to be annoying. Having Zecora appear again was nice as well.

      That was a good episode indeed. I enjoyed it, even though one thing about it (I'm sure you can guess what) was spoiled for me before seeing the episode. But still a great and emotional moment!

    Honestly,

    I watch FiM to see my favorite ponies & I don't really care about the stories very much at this point.

    I'm basically feeling the same way I do when I watch Professional Wrestling.

      I understand that. :) I think nostalgia is also a big reason for why season 1 is my favorite season (even if I watched it just over a year ago). I'm not sure if I would feel the same way rewatching the series, but it had its own kind of novelty.

      After rewatching FiM, my favorite season is season 4. 

       

      My favorite episode is Magical Mystery Cure.

       

      My favorite ponies are: Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Applejack & Princess Luna.

      I need to rewatch the series sometime. So far, I've only seen a few episodes more than once (such as the Hearth's Warming episodes at Christmas).

      Season 4 is my second favorite, and as I mentioned, it has my favorite episode of all time.

      Pinkie will always be my favorite, as she was the character that made me fall in love with MLP in the first place! My second favorite is Rarity – I like her more and more, but overtaking Pinkie doesn't seem very likely.

    Does anyone else think it's weird that Twilight Sparkle is supposed to be living in a tree castle

    but the inside looks like it's made of crystals/rocks?
