Fallout Equestria, a huge fan fiction that combines two things that are pretty much the exact opposite. How did it turn out? Well, that depends on who you ask. To some, It's the greatest thing ever, to others.. it's the spawn of the Devil. Either way, It's an influential book. I just wish more people would take the time to read it.. I know it's huge, and that's not even mentioning the 1.7+ million words in a side story, Project Horizons. But, it is good, at least I think it is. Anyway, It's great to talk about. So, who has read it? And where would I put a Fallout Equestria themed thread in the forums here?

Eh, alarms are only markers in the stream of time. Time itself is more of a guideline & a concept wizzened up by those who seek to measure that which they cannot touch or interact with.
Ya get there when ya get there. Sometimes there's gonna be stuff in the way you gotta deal with, if anybeing is gonna harp on you for that, well, probably don't wanna be spending time wit' em anyway.

AGH I JUST HAD AN IDEA Okay, so, since we know ponies grow up and such, and get old.. when will the Mane 6 get old, and eventually.... die? I don't wanna think about it.. but I kinda do. Sigh, it makes me sad just thinking of poor Flutterbutt dying.. Discord would be heartbroken.

Well of course, death ain't exactly something new. Death is something that's going to happen eventually to most, so I don't see how it would have anymore importance than a story about them goin' to get themselves a haircut. Death isn't a sad thing! Well, unless its due to disease, war, impalement, bad reaction to clams, bunny stampede, tragic necktie accidents........

Yeah, but Lauren Faust no longer has any say in how things are... it might as well be her head canon at this point. It is up to Hasbro and the current writers whether she is immortal or long lived or whatever now. If it had been up to Faust to my knowledge she would never have become an alicorn in the first place, although she did have other big plans for her.

To restate what has probably already been said, MLP literally can't be darker. I mean come on, Hasbro called for a cease and desist on Fighting is Magic, and that was a simple fighting game. Plus.. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. The whole story is about how friendship can fix things. Maybe they could do a pet dying in an episode sometime, but I really don't think they'll ever touch on anything like murder or death of ponies. Heck, Granny Smith probably won't be dying ever. Good for us though, huh? Imagine how the fandom would react the day the Mane 6 die... oh goddesses.. I made myself sad.. -
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? Pffffft, not like I enjoy colourful ponies talking about friendship. I only watch it for the plot...

*slowly raises a pair of thick-rimmed glasses* Aaaaaiiictually... the flank is the part between the belly & thigh, possibly also most of the upper leg. The part under the tail, which I presume to be refered to, is simply called the "buttocks" on most exterior anatomical charts. On a bipedal creature this can be the considered the abdomen, so I can see the confusion.

MUSIC. Near everyone listens to it, but what's the best Genre? HA, easy answer: Yes. I know it sounds stupid and cheesy, but all genres are great. Even if you don't like one, it's still good. You're opinion doesn't change the fact others enjoy it greatly. Music from this: To this: Is all so unique, so perfectly crafted, that it evokes responses to immensely different, and isn't that the great thing about music? From hard rock to country, all songs bring forth a special emotion that is tough to find anywhere else, because there's nothing quite like bobbing your head to the bass, or tapping your fingers to the guitar.

What do you feel when you listen to Dubstep?

Apparently lots of people have a ton of different thoughts about dubstep.. Let me just share my own. When I first started listening to it, it honestly sounded terrible, but I tried listening to the individual beats and tunes, and it surprised me how complicated and intricate dubstep can be. A good dubstep song is not just pounding bass, it's so much more than that. Star Dreams, huh? Sadly I've never heard of her.. It kind of sucks how the toyline ponies never get any story. Maybe someone should write up backstories for them? I don't think the Spa Ponies, Aloe and Lotus get the love they deserve. They're barely ever seen in fanart, but they look so awesome! -
