Yes, it looks that way. But I think it has to do with the 3D animation crew learning how to do things right. They were trying to have this "big brother best friends forever" cuteness going on, but the way Hitch's expression is done, it is adding a little bit too much into that scene. I believe they will tone (tune/tweak) it down for the movie. -
Very nice With modern TVs, DVDs do look a little blurry with their interlaced scanlines that need to be processed in real time. Compared to Blu-ray formats that are in progressive scanlines. There are ways to improve the quality a lot by deinterlacing the videos, using virtualdub and scripts to separate the scan lines, odd and even, double, less bobbing, and make the image quality much better. It is always an option (that can be done anytime in the future, since the videos are digital), and is in fact what I did to improve my DVDs of My Little Pony Tales.

If G5 isn't good, G4 is still considered good and by counting on the childhood nostalgia factor, we will probably have a second wave of older brones coming back at one point. It almost always happens with anything that is good, that people grow out of, finds other stuff, then realizes they missed the old times. -

One week for the art banner contest was kinda short, however, from my perspective, coming up with G5 material is quite difficult (with the limited info currently available). I simply ran out of time. But I will try my best to be part of the other contests

I was just watching So This is Basically My Hero Academia by JelloApocalypse on Youtube, and had a laugh. I am also watching the series daily from the start. Have made it past the first episode. Hoping to reach the end of Season 4 just in time for Season 5. My favorite character is basic All Might (in his weak form). He is a great father figure to Midoriya, and the voice of Chris Sabat is just perfect for that! The music for the show is very inspiring to listen to!

@ExplosionMare the angle of the camera, as it is panning, really doesn't view the front of where the hand is. It is an animation trick anyways, so it doesn't have to be accurate.
The Anime this one comes from is very loose when it comes to art quality, but it is very well written (story wise), that it is very engaging and inspiring to watch. Highly recommend it!

@ExplosionMare The anime is called "Mob Psycho 100". It is only 25 episodes (2 seasons), but is written so we'll that it feels like it is longer. The author of the Manga (actually a web comic), ONE, is not a good artist (to be blunt), bit his strength is in his writing (extremely good at writing stories and characters). The Anime makes up for the bad art but does a lot of funny callbacks to the original art at times.
ONE is also the author of "One Punch Man" web comic which exploded in popularity with the Anime with the same name. Again, awful art but story and characters are well written (not as well I personally think)
