  1. Beef - since that includes the meat, heart, liver and fat for complete micronutrient (and not-awful macronutrient) content. Plus it's tasty.
  2. Tons of differences between me and my brother: He's blonde, I have brown hair I'm a classic mesomorph, he's a classic ectomorph He has freckles, I don't Facially we also look nothing alike (he looks more like my dad's family, whereas I look more like my mum's) He hates all meat except chicken, whereas I can't live without it He's an extrovert, I'm an introvert He's very into fashion, I'm not I've always liked lifting weights but hated playing football - he's always hated lifting weights but loves playing football I've always been very studious and he's not I love heavy metal and hate rap music, he loves rap and hates heavy metal I can probably think of quite a few more, these are just ones from the top of my head. It'd probably be easier to list the things we have in common - I'd say we're both quite logical, we both hate loud people, we both have blue eyes, and he is predicted to grow to the same height as me (he's still a teenager, so likely still growing for a few more years yet). That's pretty much it
  3. Definitely coffee, I typically drink about 3-4 cups a day. I enjoy tea too but might only drink 3-4 cups a week.
  4. Art, hands down. I was pretty good at most subjects and could have a decent attempt at almost all the rest, but art was the one thing I was genuinely truly hopeless at. Didn't enjoy it, had absolutely zero talent for it, and had no patience to take my time with it. I will never be even remotely okay at art, it's just not something I'm meant to do.
  5. I'm pretty great at guitar and significantly less good at piano, although I can play basic things on it. I can also tinker around with other stringed instruments (lute/banjo/baglama/etc) by virtue of transferrable skills from guitar. I would absolutely *love* to be able to play the accordion, but sadly have never mustered the time or willpower to properly try.
  6. I'm basically this but in reverse. I agree it's a cool mix to have and I wouldn't want to change it, doing so would feel like I'm disrespecting my ancestors and their heritage(s).
  7. Australia - I have a ton of second cousins there. I live in the UK.
  8. Probably the start-middle of July - it always seems to be the warmest and most uncomfortable time of the year. If you're looking for a more generic answer then summer is absolutely my least favourite season. I like the cold and dark
  9. When I was a kid I wanted to be an astronaut, a rockstar or a policeman. I'm finishing my masters degree in economics this year, my 7-year old self would probably think I'm quite boring.
  10. Haha I didn't notice anything too extreme. I try to fast 20+ hours once a week for the benefits of autophagy so I'm reasonably used to it. I find that after 12 hours I feel a little hungry, but once I push past that initial sensation then I have a ton of energy and focus and can get a lot done. Every time I've gone above 24 hours I've been sick though, so I try to stick to the 20-22 range - I think it's always important to listen to your body and that is around the sweet spot for me. I'm not an expert on fasting though!

  12. Priorities are: water fast until 3pm, go food shopping and batch prep some food for the week since I will have severely limited time in the next few days. If I have extra time I'll do some training and start a new* videogame my friend recommended to me. *by new, I mean that it's new to me. The game itself came out in 2009 >:)
  13. Yes. I rarely get hit on by women, but I actually get hit on by other men reasonably frequently and sometimes the comments they make are quite uncomfortable to listen to.
  14. Of course I love my parents. They have their flaws but they are good people, and did their best to ensure I had the best chances in life. I'll never forget that.
  15. 7/10. I'm generally happy and have no major concerns day-to-day. Things aren't perfect but I'm working on that
  16. I posted on here a while ago about a Swedish band called 'The Halo Effect' comprised of ex-In Flames members. They released their debut album a few days ago and it's sick, here's one of my favourite tracks from it: I would highly recommend the entire album to anyone who is a fan of the Gothenburg melodeath sound.
  17. Not inherently, it depends on the angle at which the legs are crossed tbh.
  18. Samoyeds, unbelievably cute. Don't think I'd ever own one simply due to the amount of fur they shed each spring, but I still love them.
  19. Came here to post something almost exactly the same, but you said it better than I could've done here. Every day above ground is a good day so we should always make the most of it!
  20. Fine, just exhausted. There are roadworks going on outside my apartment until 10pm (by law, the city council has to cease work at this time) so I'm just trying to limp and stumble to that time (9:33 atm) before I can go to bed
  21. Never done it before. It sounds ridiculous
  22. Of the mainstream flavours it's mint choc chip, followed closely by pistachio. The best ice cream I've ever had was from a heladeria in Spain, in the backstreets of Sevilla behind the cathedral - it was "black forest gateau" flavour, and to my unabatable ire I've never been able to find it anywhere else.
  23. Nah, don't really see a point in it. I'm still in touch with the friends I had there, and the others I'm not bothered about seeing again. I don't keep up to date with much of what my ex-classmates do these days, but from what my friends have told me: one is now an MP (member of parliament) in the government, one works in the "adult industry", a bunch of them have kids now, and two killed themselves over lockdown.
