    I wrote this to The Equestria Goth :twilightsmile: "I love Celestia. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are the Monarchs I would serve if I were in the fictional world Equestria, their compassion for their subjects, their ability to resolve differences without causing conflict, is admirable, I would pledge my loyalty to them, I have a few friends who said the same thing and even daydream about it sometimes. There are no other Rulers I'd serve, only them. How awesome it would be to live in Equestria, in a world more peaceful than this one. I'd be grateful, and in an imaginary scenario where I could go there if they reached out to me, like in my fan fiction where Luna looks for souls to be reborn there after passing on, I'd choose this if I could. I'd love to be there, a Pegasi, in a world where compassion keeps their society orderly and in balance."

    It is so nice when people are hugging. Also that gif from the show is cute as well, Trixie and Starlight Glimmer hugging, so adorable the way Trixie slowly trots over to Starlight, then hugs with a smile and her eyes closed. <3 As to how I am feeling today, better than usual, I've had a good night sleep if that's what anyone else is caring to ask, I'm not irritable like I was yesterday. But that's not important, what is important is how adorable this community is. Thank you for the cute hugs, seeing you being civil with each other is so lovely to see, Snoopy Fan, ZiggWheelsManning and you TheRockARooster. I've been listening to Mike and the Mechanics songs on Youtube.

      I love this one. Classic Tune, classic music video. Kind of an interesting film it was on the soundtrack too...

      Stephen Collins is known to me as Cmdr. Deckard from the first Star Trek Film, and I vastly prefer to remember him as such, neither as the preacher patriarch, or who he really turned out to be in irl. But, you will still hear this track in waiting rooms and department stores in the States, if you've been waiting for an hour or so. Super nostalgia. Vanished era. It scares me that I remember this. Feels like a thousand years ago.

    Good morning, Night Sky, I had a talk with Samurai Equine about Princess Celesita and DrWolf's video about her.

    Celestia is a kind and gentle Pony, it's like DrWolf said, Celestia could have been vindictive about it and left her previous enemies Discord and Nightmare Moon to rot for eternity, but she did not. Actually the first episode of the show MLP FIM was endearing and is one of the best in the series for me, because her reunion with Princess Luna showed just how deeply she cares about the importance of mercy in maintaining peace and order in a kingdom, by not promoting violence, she is inspiring Ponies to be so much more peaceful to each other than the world humans inhabit will ever be, collectively the human condition is too far gone and are on a path to extinction IMO.

      I applaud this guy for his thoughtfulness. He may be putting too fine a point on it though.

      Remember, the Crew of the Enterprise D was always very short on patience when it came to Q, at least until his later appearances. 

      FIM could simply have chosen to substitute Princess Celestia, who is in charge, for Captain Picard. I don't think anything scarred Princess Celestia worse that the rupture with Princess Luna. 

      They had everything back where it needed to be and then thanks to Discord, Legion of DOOM. 

      I think everyone was ready to murder him at that point, though not in the same way or to the same degree.

      Oh I agree, and about the fight between Luna and Celestia at the beginning, 1,000 years prior to Friendship is Magic, I'd imagine this would have left a deep wound in Princess Celestia's psyche, heartbroken she had to do the unthinkable to save herself and Equestria from an out of control Nightmare Moon, this may explain one reason why she is so merciful, she has seen the ugliness of violence firsthoof, realizing this, she does not want other families to feel the same way. That's love and the beauty of her inner strength.

      it's also as we discussed, there are hints to eastern mythology being woven into MLP FIM as well, Friendship is Magic extends to all living beings, the more they learn about relationships and how to treat others with kindness, the more justice there is. It's sort of like Oneness and universal love promoted in Buddhism.

    This part of Flutter Brutter episode was hilarious :D

    Zephyr Breeze's mane went all spiky from getting zapped by Rainbow Dash, and then as soon as he tells Fluttershy what happened, Fluttershy immediately knew her no-hoper brother failed to do his job right at Wonderbolt headquarters.

    Wow Fluttershy looks so miffed there though, but I cannot say I blame her,

    she is at the limit of her patience, you can tell.

    Since you would be a sworn patriot to Equestria as I would be if I lived in that fantasy world with you, I've come up with a cool name for a reserve defence team for Princes Celestia and Princess Luna "United Equestrian Dynasty" you can use that title for your character to be in that group if you wish in this MLP fan fiction. :twilightsmile:

      I may make a fan art of the banner, which you can use some point as well, I've told Snoopy Fan but I don't want to spoil the surprise. But the banner would go great with that I think, yeah feel free to use that group name in your about yourself part of your profile, it's yours as much as mine, I'd share that title with individuals who wish to be part of that. :proud: have fun with it, create your own banner if desired.

    What I did admire about Sega's attempt with Sonic Adventure is this was really Sonic's first successful 3D game, the other 3D Sonic attempts of the past were pants IMO, including but not limited to, 3D Blast, but that was more a limitation of the older gen hardware, which meant 3D Blast could not have been made a true 3D game, it had to be isometric which made Sonic harder to control. Even then, 3D Blast had good music still. . But in Sonic Adventure for the first time we had a worthwhile Sonic game with 3D world environments to explore, hidden collectibles, rings and extra lives became farm-able with the shovel claw with Knuckles, before that you had to access either the zones or specific areas of the hub world to get rings, Casinopolis still gets you a lot of rings, but if you fall into the under side of the level, you can end up losing them to Badniks so it's not considered reliable, Speed Highway is where I farmed rings and extra lives, which by the way has awesome music with it.

    I mean, Big did spend about a quarter of the game chasing a frog he couldn't contain. Ah well, we cannot have it all our own way. The biggest issue with Sonic Adventure in my opinion was the lousy PC port, had worse textures than the Dreamcast version, it can be modded, but really, we shouldn't have to and it would not have been an issue in the first place if we got a definitive release of the game on modern hardware like the Nintendo Switch. The soundtrack on the PC version of Sonic Adventure was the same from what I can tell though. I have a version on PC disc that has WMA files of the music. And I must say it is loaded with bangers like this one, Mt Red: A Symbol of Thrill.

    I hope Silent Dusk is feeling better now, like I know he said he was taking medication after being diagnosed with gastroparesis, earlier yesterday he said he woke up and puked in the bathroom. Like that sounds like a condition that will need ongoing treatment but he has been to the hospital.

    Hey look folks, it is that time again, the theme of time wasting. Ironically, I found this hilarious, but only because of how absurd this part of Sonic Adventure was.

    For the time being you could use the on screen keyboard app if you're using Windows. That'll let you use any key with your mouse, but yeah it looks to me like some keys are going bad.

    I did want Queen Chrysalis to reform but I also have the realistic perspective to say not all villains will, nor are they expected to, and in the end it cost her everything in MLP FIM, even her freedom. But I am not going to go out of my way about the story to justify what she did, because after Thorax showed her there was a better solution, she refused it, her ego was the problem, not Starlight Glimmer. The problem with MLP community is too many people more easily rally behind the hate Starlight Glimmer camp because of the other aspects of her story in the series like when she used to be a villain and a vicious tyrant, but when you look at it from both sides objectively in To Where and Back Again, you will see why Chrysalis was the problem in this situation. Her hive getting totalled was 100% on her, Thorax had a better plan that could have secured Changelings energy for generations to come, and Chrysalis tried to ruin it because she does not like kindness.

    This is quite possibly the most stupid post I have ever read about My Little Pony on reddit in years. Yeah let's totally ignore the fact that Thorax had a better plan to give a never ending supply of sustenance for Changeling hive, and that Queen Chrysalis wanted to rule Equestria with an iron hoof, regardless of the suffering she caused to get to that point. As for somebody else's post about xenophobia in response? if you were living in the fictional world Equestria as a Pony yourself I think you would have a bone to pick with Changelings for exploiting you for food also, especially if they violated your autonomy to get that love energy.

    Season 9 may not have been the best of what My Little Pony Friendship is Magic had to offer but even then, some of the more sinister aspects of Chrysalis personality slipped through, like that time she said she wanted to destroy the winidigos, which if I am not mistaken, are spirits, if she can do that, she can eliminate individuals from the afterlife too, ghosts. Good heavens, she is quite a nasty piece of work, isn't she?

    I was messaging Snoopy Fan, I asked him in a crossover what if magic duel, who he think would win in a magic duel between Disney's character Jafar and Hasbro's character Queen Chrysalis? I think it's one sided, Queen Chrysalis would win, but I got to admit it would be hilarious watching Jafar try, his inflated ego won't allow surrender.

    Of course, anxiety can increase the risk of inflammation, I forget that sometimes. That is noted, sucks that you're now diagnosed with Gastroparesis but it does explain why you had that barf session the other day. I do not have any digestive disorders, however I'm not in my prime anymore so I know my health is only going to get worse, it's something I do not like to be reminded about sometimes but ignoring problems can lead to something irreversible later on.

    Hasbro were clever about it as well, they know Youtube videos are heavily compressed, which means there's still an incentive for people to order a collection of their shows on digital services or DVD. Though honestly I think Hasbro should release a complete series of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic bluray box set, where the real benefits of physical copy shine, DVD's obsolete now and should be dropped except for data storage. Blurays are just as cheap to produce and they're made of a sturdier plastic as well that is resistant to scratches.
