Jimmy, Double D and Rolf are my favourite characters from Ed Edd n Eddy. Rolf's personality is not too different from what you might see in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic characters, and Rolf would probably like Applejack in a crossover, even if Applejack may find Rolf's antics annoying at first before getting to know him. I hope you get your glasses soon, Clawdeen, I think my eyesight is getting worse as I age as well. I used to have problems with long range vision in only one eye, but now it is with both. I already have my prescription glasses. But it looks like you need your ones more than I do mine at the moment, when I'm indoors I can get by not wearing my ones, but I do struggle to see finer details on my TV now making UHD matter even less. As for how I'm feeling, I'm hungry, but dinner will be ready soon, not a big deal.

The clip I saw in the My Little Pony movie where Twilight Sparkle cried after saying mean things about her friends was a raw moment for her, it shows she has a conscience in my opinion, yeah she was rude to her friends but the fact remembering it hurt even her own feelings wishing she kept her mouth shut when she was angry, is something I can relate to. Doesn't excuse her actions, but it does show she is not a villain, and I love the fact her friends had forgiven her. For me, it shows something valuable and heartwarming, never let petty arguments ruin a friendship, give each other space, calm down and then talk later.

Watching Transformers Energon, I do have the official complete series DVDs but being too lazy to get them out, I am watching it on Youtube instead.

Any of their magical abilities are important for Equestria as well, and while some people may not be fond of the magical aspect of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and may consider it a sort of cheat code, I support the idea of Hasbro writing a different series for people with that opinion so each party is satisfied. Being a long time fan of Disney movies, I like magic in fantasy stories because it adds to the sense of mystery in worlds where normal rules don't apply, and that metaphysics is brought to the forefront of how things work in a universe very different from our own. I do believe in stories magic should have limits because there is such a thing as being overpowered, and that certain magic spells should come with a price, whether it be being a risk to a character's health or risking altering reality as they know it, therefore careful consideration for powerful spells must be taken. Magic is sometimes tied to a species of pony, because alicorns are indeed the most powerful, as a balance, I think there should be more of the other types of ponies, and in Equestria there is. A pegasus can sometimes possess speedster abilities like Rainbow Dash, which could be considered to be powered by magic and overpowered to some, but let's be honest, Rainbow Dash does have limits to her powers too, even if she could reach escape velocity, she still cannot breathe in space can she? I don't recall an episode where she survived in orbit. Some fictional characters are outright broken in terms of their powers, Hasbro did well to prioritize story telling over spectacle, and if a character encounters a problem they cannot solve on their own, they ask for help from friends who can.

I like the duality of day and night and Princess Celestia's and Princess Luna's role in this, they represent forces of nature that is to be respected, not shunned, and I believe that was Celestia's motivation for wanting to reconcile with her sister Luna in Friendship is Magic episode 1. At the time, during Luna's banishment in the moon, Celestia was responsible for both the day and night, but this would have been difficult for her to do, she would have been overworked from her duties I would imagined so for Luna to rejoin with her sister could not have come at a better time. After being defeated by Mane Six, I'm sure Luna herself was tired from the fighting with her sister Celestia, and she wanted it to end, anger is not a nice feeling for anyone. Also I think it's cute that Luna and Celestia found peace, I love them both, Luna's bravery in finding strength in forgiveness, to not blame her sister for what other ponies thought about her, and Celestia showing others the value of mercy and justice is not always about punishment. Perhaps your role as your OP in your fanfic in your timeline, would be to prevent Luna's outburst in Royal Problem by being aware of Luna's mental health problems during the whole Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep debacle, knowing that she was still holding onto negativity in her life and she needed help, and that wounds like that take a long time to heal. She needed a support network, her emotional problems were seemingly swept under the carpet in Hasbro's official show, but perhaps you could change that in your own timeline. Megatron really does not stop does he? impressive that he managed to take control of Scorponok and the terrorcons. I may be in the minority when I say this but I did enjoy Transformers Energon. Okay the repeated battles between gigantic Optimus vs Galvatron was a problem, as were the mistranslations, but as a concept TF Energon or Superlink as it was called, did have some interesting things in it, like Alpha Q being a protector of planets and harboring an intense hatred toward Unicron.

I agree with you Dusk, Equestria does need capable fighters to defend the freedoms they all benefit from. I do believe you when you say your OPs alicorn powers are used with a desire to protect the innocent. Unfortunately the desire to be an Alicorn may get a negative perception by other people as being from ego, I know in your case it is not, but who knows what other people truly want? though personally I think it is not my business to go prying into the heads of other people, whether their daydreams are dark and dystopian or not, they're not harming anyone for merely thinking. Plus I would not know what to do with all that power, sure, it would be cool to be an alicorn, but unless Dawnshine Wonder was a trainee in the Wonderbolt and in my fan fiction I was working on, Dawnshine Wonder is not, those powers would probably be wasted. Plus I would not want to be susceptible to corruption, a guilty conscience from hurting others is not something I'd want, hurting others period is wrong. Your OP Dusk Haven may be into heroics and that is endearing however there are other things in Equestria that need taking care of as well, what Fluttershy does, taking care of animals, that is helpful as well because a respect for wildlife and ecology starts with respecting innocent creatures within their habitats, remembering that the world we share works by a delicate balance, like Earth, Equestria's survival in MLP fiction depends on how its inhabitants treat each other. What would your cutie mark be? mine would probably be something like the wheel of reincarnation. In my MLP FIM fanfic, my OP, like countless other souls in various timelines, gets reborn into different worlds, Equestria is in a magical realm, beyond that is a paradise dimension if essences of beings completed their life lessons of unity and friendship. It's only a fantasy, but I do wish that it could happen, one motivation for that is I'd like to be in a realm of happiness and peace with everyone, no one is so lost in their ignorance or depravity that they cannot be redeemed, I'd like to think even beings like Chrysalis given enough time would learn the error of their ways, she was not redeemed in the official show, but I wonder how it would happen if she did.
