  1. I don't understand why you're looking down on digital animation like Flash over traditional hand drawn animation? Just because it's "easier" (and, in some cases, I'd really question whether it actually is) doesn't make it any less of an art form than doing it the hard/old fashioned way.
  2. Just expectantly came across some of my MLP fan-artwork during a Google image search. AWESOME!

  3. Wow this game is still going haha? Futtershy -1 Applejack +1 Rarity: 21 Fluttershy: 15 Applejack: 23
  4. Whoa settle down there partner. Megan is as good as her word. I'm sure when she said that she was speaking (mostly) about he season premiere / finale and the season 4 story arc as a hole and not so much the individual episode.
  5. I don't really care at this stage. Discord's last song wasn't really my thing it felt like an out of place messy rhyme, I mean... that's Zecora's thing. Personally having Discord sing just breaks his character.
  6. You should probably consult with a physician or doctor on the matter and not let the My Little Pony fans diagnose any possible disorder you might have haha.
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEAKPh_h3Eg#t=47 This is a good comparison with some actual numbers, no next gen console results but it still gives you an idea of the WiiU's so called frames per second advantage. Visually though I agree that there is no difference.
  8. First of all, they aren't even comparing the same things. You would honestly have to be a downright idiot to think that games like Super Smash Bros. U, Mario Kart 8 and Legend of Zelda Wind Waker etc. would use even remotely require the same resources to run as games like Killzone: Shadowfall and Forza 5 and regarding the eSRAM what do you expect when you're paying $600 for "NEXT GEN" hardware. People trusted Microsoft and Sony too much and settled for way to less with this new generation of consoles.
  9. The season is only half way done and I'm sure the mane six will each get another episode to themselves.
  10. Seeing this thread was the first I've head about it but I read a few articles and I think he's just sick of the hate he gets from people who play it. Which seems completely insane to me that people would go as far as to blame the creator for their addiction (and most likely their inability to get high scores which obviously matters entirely to much to some people) to the game. I also read that he makes about 50,000 (forget which currency) per day on adds alone. I never played the game so I don't really care that much but I'm a little sad for the developer.
  11. I can't say for sure what about the episode prevented it from really grabbing me. I laughed a lot and there wasn't anything I immediately disliked. I think there was a lack of 'real' conflict. AJ and Rarity's back and forward towards the end of the episode was entertaining but it didn't really do anything, for me at least. Personally I felt like it was intended to be funny and not so much worry about developing a situation for AJ and Rarity to grow from. Like I said in the episode discussion thread I thought the moral of the story was one of (if not the best) of the season, maybe even the series. Which for me was "Don't lose yourself to find someone else". Or if there is any Kill la Kill fans on here Don't lose your way!
  12. Following Pinkies Pride is going to be hard but i have a feeling this one will be great regardless. Cause you know, AJ being best pony and all. Did Trenderhoof remind anyone else a little of Stephen Merchant, the guy who voiced Wheatley in portal 2? The glasses, the hair, the slim body? All up I thought the episode was good but it did suffer a little from that "average episode" feeling. For me Rarity and AJ's conflict din't go as deep as it should have and that most of the conflict felt like it was testing for laughs and not building for a complete resolution. Still enjoyed it though. Trenderhoof was, I thought, pretty good as a guest character. There wasn't an unnecessary amount of time spent on him but I still left feeling like I knew him good enough. Final message of the show was one of the nicest this season too. Don't lose yourself to find others. That's what I took out of it.
  13. My personality isn't really suitable for a tattoo. I change my mind so often on what I think looks good so I'd likely get one and then hate it a month later.
  14. The thin black lines actually worked out really well. I don't think I can remember the last time I saw fan-art that didn't use the traditional thick coloured lines. Great work
  15. I like it. The children giggling at the start felt a little out of place but other than that it's great, especially considering it's only your second mix.
  16. All I know is that following Pinkie Pride is going to be tough. But I have faith in AJ and Rarity to pull it off.
  17. The premise for this game is super old. It's been done before and it was pretty popular as well but I never saw the appeal.
  18. Great work. Love the expression. I probably looked like that this morning when i had to go to work after 4 hours sleep.
  19. I just know I'm going to say that every time I fire an RPG in a FPS game now haha.
  20. No, I don't want the ponies to hear my singing voice and think less of me.
  21. Oh wow I never noticed that. I've seen Smile HD and I'm sure that part was in the back of my head somewhere when I started drawing haha. Silly subconscious.
  22. Well, I've lost interest in drawing pony related stuff for the mean time. I didn't even have the willpower to completely finish my last one but I'll post it anyway. Man I have trouble sticking to things haha.
  23. Wow, I can't believe I never noticed the back legs haha. To busy enjoying the facial expressions I guess
  24. I'm sure Ponyville isn't exclusively the town itself, Ponyville jurisdiction would most likely expand into the surrounding hills, mountains etc for a certain distance around the town itself. Like AJ for instance, the Apple farm isn't exactly in the Ponyville but I'm sure everyone would agree that she still lives in Ponyville. It might be the same with Dash.
