  1. I consistently got D's and F's practically throughout middle and high school. Largely because I didn't even go to school half the time and no matter how well I did on assignments and tests it would never make up for all the stuff I missed. I ended dropping out in 11th grade but I technically should never have gotten there in the first place. I didn't have enough credits to pass 9th but they pushed me forward anyway.
  2. A couple comics I read work out of Tumblr and are now moving their archives elsewhere thanks to this. Some NSFW, some not. Looks like they're gonna be losing a ton of traffic from both adult and safe content on a long term basis.
  3. We don't even have any in my area as far as I know. Supposedly pretty good food though.
  4. I've seen them all. Though I only saw the third one once. Maybe I should try to get them again. We lost the DVDs for them years ago.
  5. Have you seen the Looney Toons version of A Christmas Carol? Bahumduck, I believe it was called. Also a good one. Unrelated to the above I also gotta give a huge shout out to Tim Allen's The Santa Claus movies for being one of the few non-animated movies to catch my interest. And I'm not just talking about Christmas movies.
  6. 31 degrees this morning. Coldest it's been in over a year. I wish it'd get like this all the time. Too much heat this year.

  7. It can be both. Isn't that the point?
  8. Mickey's Once/Twice Upon A Christmas are hands down my favorites. You get a little bit of everything with them.
  9. I think what people are really mad about is that sites like Tumblr are pretty safe from viruses and whatnot so unlike a lot of existing porn sites people didn't have to worry about infecting their devices because they wanted to check out the adult content. Whether it's for the porn itself or simply for the art (because let's face it, porn artists are extremely talented) Tumblr was a well-known, familiar place where artists could get their stuff out there without endangering their fanbase.
  10. There's a theory that all of the Pixar movies are connected. In a roundabout way it's thought that the toys are somehow powered by the same life/energy source that powers the vehicle people in Cars and were made smaller to take care of and watch over humans instead of attempting to live without them.
  11. What. Someone just tried to tell me that the Christmas song "It's Cold Outside" promotes date rape. LOLWHAT

That's pretty much exactly what my response was. People are craycray.

Not that I'm condoning this, because it's kinda stupid, but it was pointed out to me that one of the lyrics is, "What's in this drink?"

  12. I don't think I could tolerate a single game forever. I'm constantly playing new games. I don't really like replaying games even when I really liked them except maybe a few years down the road. That would be a lot of time without a game. I might die.
  13. The longest I've ever gone without gaming is a week. It was self-imposed but you can be sure I'll never go through that again. Gaming is my lifeblood and I don't go a day without it.
  14. On a daily basis I use Letter Soup Cafe and Spark (games), the default Samsung browser, Deviantart, and Webtoons (comics). I'll visit some others like my email, Amazon and bank account once in awhile but not regularly. Usually specifically when I need something from them.
  15. I finally beat Tomba. I've played the game on and off since it came out but never got very far until this run. This time I actually put the effort into beating it. There's so many sidequests in the game it's almost overwhelming. Or it would be if the flow of the game wasn't so silky smooth and lets you complete them super quickly, even if it takes literally half the game from the start to end of a quest. Sometimes you'll find and finish them at the same time. Gotta give the game credit for packing so much into such small levels. Definitely a good example of taking advantage of nearly every part of a level. No real empty spaces. Onward to Tomba 2 now.
  16. As soon as it was brought up Super Sonic Racing got stuck in my head.
  17. Probably one of the first games that convinced me that lyrical, non-video game music could work in a video game. Hell, at this point I generally prefer it to regular video game soundtracks. You can bet I also loved when future games did the same, if only for major bosses.
  18. Even if it was for a moment, when Sonic showed up in Wreck It Ralph my inner fanboy went SQUEEE I forgot all about the movie. I don't think I've even seen a trailer yet, just knew that it was coming.
  19. I would have actually graduated, for one thing. I had a tendency to ignore homework. When I left school I was done with it. I didn't want to even hear about it until I was back there the next morning. That's assuming I went at all. Pretty much through middle and high school I skipped at least a third of every year because I haaaaated waking up that early. I still hate waking up to alarms but now I'm not as dumb about it.
  20. I wanna say it was Portal. It was offered for free for awhile right before Portal 2 came out so I grabbed it.
  21. For the most part I'm a fan of the oldies almost exclusively. The Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra kind of Christmas music. A lot of the old hymns too though. Most modern Christmas music just isn't the same. I am fully aware that this is probably just "because it's different" syndrome though. There are a few modern songs I like though such as this one:
  22. I've been a huge fan of Sonic since his debut almost. I've played a lot of the games, read a lot of the comics, seen most of the cartoons. Hell, I've read quite a few fan comics as well and usually enjoy the fanart. I haven't played many of the most recent ones so far. I recently played Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric and I'll probably get Sonic Forces soon. Until I played Sonic Boom the last I had played was Generations which I really liked. I'm actually currently watching The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog via DVD. Of the cartoons this one is probably my favorite. It's quality is the best. SatAM is nice and all but it pales in comparison to the Archie comic universe it's based on.
  23. The exact amount varies but I always have particular groups of tabs open. In order: Email > RSS feed > various webcomics > My Anime List > True Trophies > trophy guides and walkthroughs for any games I'm playing > tabs I only open long enough to use and then close like MLPForums and Youtube. Some of these can be anywhere from one to six tabs open at any given time. Right now I have twelve tabs, including MLPForums.
  24. I've had some really bad experiences in the Sonic the Hedgehog fandom. You couldn't disagree with anyone about anything, especially if you're actually liked anything after the original Sega Genesis and Sega CD games. You'd be the retard, the autistic, get attacked by people you weren't even talking to at the time or even people you've never even seen before because you don't follow the hive mind. They coordinate group attacks even. Doesn't matter how legitimate your reasons were, they will hate you and they will drill you until you crack or leave.
