  1. Not sure if this counts as darkness, but I'd really like to see an episode dealing with death of some sort. It's an unavoidable part of life, and presenting it through this form would make it easier for kids to understand.
  2. Well, you can be straight and be biromantic. Hell, that's what I thought I was for a while. Sexuality is much more complicated than the Kinsey scale, though.
  3. Well, I find the easiest character to play is one who's similar to you. As you get more experience, you can branch out. As for names...I see he's got a joystick cutie mark. Maybe something involving arcades?
  4. Cut him some slack, Azure. He's worried about November 23. Still, it would be nice if Ballistic would post.
  5. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability. I have quite a few friends from most of the major parts of the LGBT community, including one majoring in human sexuality and gender studies, so I'm fairly sure I can answer most if not all of what you ask.
  6. I'm not exactly sure I understand your question. As for why your friend didn't tell you, there could be a number of reasons. First of all, he could see it as a private thing; in this case, you should respect his privacy. On the other hand, he could see it as something not important enough to tell you. Would you tell a friend you like blondes, for example? What LGBT (and sometimes Q) means, at least to me, is an awareness and acceptance of people's sexual orientations, be it gay, straight, bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, or any of the many kinds of sexuality.
  7. Although it's very fun to watch player after player fall to your mighty sentry. Plus, with a nice pyro to help you out, spies aren't a problem.
  8. http://p.twimg.com/A039m6dCIAEtcEy.jpg:large Just figured I'd be a smartass and post this for everyone to see. Remember, nothing's impossible so long as there are poorly defined laws as to what you may and may not do! Also, I like this one better than the above solution because of the man's face.
  9. I get so many ragequits from inattentive engies, though it's their own fault for not spychecking. Although I know the feeling of hopelessness after a level 3 sentry goes down in a cluster of stickies.
  10. On the rare occasions I play spy, I usually go with the Huntsman, Jarate and the Bushwacka. It makes for a great short-range death machine, and the jarate is much easier to deploy.
  11. *stabbed in the back* Spy's the way to go for me. I'm not that good at it, but a good spy can decimate a team, especially with the dead ringer.
  12. I feel like Fi got overshadowed by Ghirahim. His personality and design were amazing, and such a charismatic villain will not be easily forgotten (even though I did miss Ganondorf.)
  13. Midna. Midna all the way. Not only was she in one of the best games of the series, but she was a fantastic character. Her personality, while abrasive at times, was endearing, and you honestly wanted to help her. That said, Fi is also rather cool, but there was less of an emotional connection with her. The percentage thing got old after a while, too. Navi can go live in the Water Temple for all I care.
  14. Grrr. Oh well, so much for that theory. I still sorta like the idea of the sun and moon being moved by Celestia and Luna. After all, it cements their power; an entire tribe of unicorns vs. two ponies.
  15. Would the everfree forest be a crack in the dome, then? That would explain why (if I'm not mistaken) we never see the sun or moon in there...
  16. I'm fairly sure it emphasizes how she's sort of transcended, yet the element of magic still exists in the world. Or how the six elements combined create harmony, which would be the bigger star.
  17. Mind doing Turk and J.D. from Scrubs? I've always wanted to see what that duo would be like. And Bill Clinton pony is spot-on. Nice job.
  18. I'm waiting for others to post. I don't want to advance the story too quickly, but that might have to happen...
  19. Oh, this looks fun. It's still under construction, but I do like this. Although it's funny that the tanking class is made up of foals...
  20. The RP's sorta... dead. Sorry, mate. It was fun while it lasted, though. I feel as if RP's on this site in general are doomed to die.
  21. Addem frowned, shaking his head. "Guard duty? They must be scrapin' the bottom of the barrel if they want me on guard duty." He paused for a second, then added, "On the other hoof, I do know th' place pretty well. And if a fight breaks out..." He chuckles darkly. "Let's just say I've been lookin' for a good rumble. Besides, if that's what the sisters want, it's what's gotta happen."
  22. Sadness? Here y'all go. Saddest fucking movie I've ever seen. Amazing, though, so you should all go and watch it. Plus, Heath Ledger shirtless.
  23. I have a special bit of headcanon for Earth Ponies. We've been told that magic saturates the land of Equestria; hell, the sun and moon only move because of it. Therefore, all three type of ponies have some sort of magic. Unicorns are able to project their magic into the outside world (levitation, transformation, etc.), while Pegasus magic works withing themselves. How else would creatures with such small wings be able to go that fast, let alone walk on clouds? Earth ponies are odder, though, and I only have a bit of canon to work with here. We've shown that they're good with growing things and machines, as well as being physically strong. I think Earth Pony magic manifests itself inside other objects. It would explain how the earth ponies' construction works as well as it does, would provide a reason for the harvesting capabilities, and overall make my favorite race that much cooler. It would also explain why the Cakes' cakes are so good; they can imbue the things they create with their magic. Thoughts?
  24. Addem let go of the knife, quickly withdrawing his hoof and wiping it on his apron. "Well, then, stop beatin' around the bush and tell us why we're here." He took a sip from his flagon, not breaking eye contact with the suspicious creature. "That is, assuming you know."
  25. I'm ashamed to admit that I know that it's called Say Yes to the Dress. I blame my little sister and my own crushing boredom. And I think she'd be better off with Project Runway, seeing as it's about the designers.
