What TV shows/movies would the Ponies watch?

Hello, as something fun, i was wondering, if the ponies lived in our universe with our current TV shows, what would they watch? 

 

I couldn't think of everything... but...

 

Twilight, i would think, would watch a smart comedy like "Arrested Development"

 

Rainbow Dash, i would think, would watch something awesome... 24? Burn notice? The shield? 

 

Fluttershy, knowing her, i would think she would watch something like... Breaking bad (lol)... no... maybe...                uhh... see this is harder than you think!

 

Pinkie Pie, i would think, would watch something fun and absurdly random... dare i say Family guy? 

 

Applejack, i would think, would watch things such as ice road truckers... or like storage hunters, something reality...

 

Rarity... still out on debate.

Rarity would be glued to Project Runway.

 

Pinkie would watch the cake decorating channel, or MLP because she's Pinkie.

 

Dash would watch action movies. All of them. And mythbusters because she's a nerd.

Twilight could try racing detectives on murder mystery shows. She's been compared to Monk before; I think that would be her favorite.

Here's what I think

 

Twilight- Something like History Channel or National Geographic... Or Elementary... I can totally see her glued to Sherlock Homes.

 

Rainbow Dash- Something cool/athletic... soccer and football? I can also see her being glued to any Indiana Jones movie. 

 

Fluttershy- Animal Planet... 

 

Applejack- I agree... I don't think she'd watch TV... 

 

Pinkie- Cake Boss

 

Rarity- Toddlers in Tiaras or any Fashion TV show.

 

That's all I can think of.

That's a good thought, monk, CSI etc etc...

 

Also, one of them NEEDS to watch Doctor Who... or life would fall apart, however, the obvious chose is Doctor Whooves.

 

Also, i could totally see Rainbow Dash having a secret fandom with a show like MLP, maybe MLH (my little human?), just like she did with books, wow... now thinking back at it, that episode had a lot of closet brony references.

Definatly Lyra's fav show . Apart from that i recon that Fluttershy would be all over the nature programs, and RD into everything that was sport.

 

Not really sure what the others would watch, maybe Rarity would watch Made in Chelsea or something? and Pinkie and AJ I think would never watch TV from being outside all the time .

Twilight Sparkle would watch The Big Bang Theory, just because she could totally relate to Sheldon. n.n

 

Applejack would watch... now that I think about it, I'm not sure what she'd like. Texas Rangers would be one, I guess.

 

Pinkie Pie would get hooked on Looney Tunes, no doubt about that. The X Factor too, she loves to sing as well.

 

Rainbow Dash would watch Top Gear and Formula 1, that'd be her thing. If there's a show about airplanes, she'd love that too.

Although i love, and appreciate the pun, i hate the actual show, so i cannot believe that my 6 favorite ponies would watch a show with a laughtrack
