Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.

Here's a classic one most of you have probably heard:

As I was going to St Ives

I met a man with seven wives

Every wife had seven sacks

Every sack had seven cats

Every cat had seven kits

Kits, cats, sacks, wives.

How many were going to St Ives?

A cruel king decides to give a prisoner a chance to escape. The deal is, in front of a crowd, the prisoner will pick a marble out of a jar. There will only be two marbles. A black, and a white. White means he's free, while black means he'll be sentenced to death. But, when no one was looking, the cruel king put in two black marbles instead. the prisoner saw this but was mute. He could not tell anyone. But he was freed.

How did he gain freedom?

Croaks' riddle: The prisoner could pick either marble but dispose of/lose it intentionally. That way, in order to figure out which marble he picked, they'd have to see which color marble was still in the jar. Since there's still a black marble in the jar, it'd look like he picked the white marble, even though there wasn't one...

Yes.

One could be born a few minutes after the other?

Depending on the initial time, yeah! One could be born at 11:59 PM, and the other could be born after 12:00 AM, meaning they were born on different days!

.......can't think of any other riddles at the moment...
