How similar are you to your 'best pony'?

Well I'm similar to Fluttershy in terms of being nice and kind to people most of the time, but become very serious when me or my friends are in hard situations, such as bullies/haters, etc. Except maybe I'll be even more serious, maybe too serious, and a little cruel (getting physical is an example)...

 

I like animals, totally against animal abuse, but I'm not 100% vegan, though I occasionally would avoid animal products when I'm not working out.

 

I'm not really that shy so not really similar in that aspect.

I'm nothing like coco pommel or Octavia, as far as I know considering coco has little show time and octavia is completely undeveloped being she's a background pony. Even in fan interpretations I'm still different.

 

But as for my favorite of the main cast, Fluttershy, I once again am nothing like her. Quite opposite, but I do like animals but not as much as her.

I'm a lot like Rainbow Dash in many ways, since I value competitiveness, a healthy body, and my dreams. I also had trouble paying attention in class like Rainbow Dash, and I can be blunt like her. I also try and act cool like her all the time. I think the similarities between us was one of the mane reasons that I eventually chose her as my favorite over Applejack and Pinkie Pie, though I do have a bit of Applejack in me as well.

- I've always had a lot of animals and they're a big part of my life

- I'm an introvert

- I'm really shy and quiet around new people

- I love performing (I like acting and dancing), stage fright effected me for a while but I've learnt to deal with it slowly and in my own time

- I only have a few close friends

- I may be quiet most of the time, but if you let me talk about something I really really love, I won't shut up about it (see Fluttershy talking about pets at the start of May The Best Pet Win)

- Also, if you manage to get me genuinely upset/angry, I can be really harsh

I’m similar to Twilight, my favorite pony, because we both like reading and learning about new things. We’re both nerdy and introverted too. The pony I’m most like is Fluttershy, my second favorite character. I’m very anxious around people and I don’t enjoy large crowds. I love being around animals, even more than people. I also speak in a quiet voice so people can’t hear me in loud places.

I was a lot more similar to Fluttershy back when I first got into the show, because well, I was very shy and struggled to stand up for myself. I'm not really like that anymore, but I can still relate to her because I went through that for a long time. Does that make any sense?
