my favorite are quotes from Rarity, but I really liked "ugh! what a drama queen, relatively speaking" *black screen* *commercial brake*

 

but now I'm obsessed with Princess Celestia (well, I always have been )

It came from when Rarity had that giant rock that she thought was a diamond in the last two episodes of season 2, she called the rock "Tom".

Twilight had to throw the thing out of her window, so she warned everypony "Here comes Tom!"

But when I decide on my favourite quote, I need to distinguish it from favourite scene. A ton of my favourite scenes actually require the visual side of it, and not quote, for it to have the best effect. So on dialogue alone, I'm going for this one out of SE2E20.
