The 28th Amendment states that MLP is banned in America and all Brony and Pegasister will be exported from America and sent to a country which speaks the individuals primary language

there's no way this could be implemented.

1) The First Amendment, in short, allows free speech, so banning people from talking about it is against the law, and

2) The US government have much more important things to worry about than a TV show and it's fans, ie. ISIS/Ebola.

That would mean overriding/repealing the 1st amendment, and as far as I remember the only amendment to be repealed was Prohibition (18th created, 21st repealed). They were hesitant to repeal that, so they would never repeal one of the first 10 amendments, that the founding fathers made, and one of a human's basic rights. So no worries.

This is why, for the USA at least, our Constitution gives individuals the right to own weapons.  It's really difficult to bring tyranny against an armed population.  Even pony lovers.  Even if I wasn't a Brony I would fight for those who are being oppressed.

I picked 28 because currently the U.S. only has 27 ratified Amendments we don't have a 28th so I decided to add onto the list

In a fictional universe, if this happened:

 

1. Stop being a fan of the show.

 

2. Well, I'm not a huge fan of the show in the first place, so it would only affect me by possibly having saddened friends who stayed bronies and were forced to leave.

 

3. Revolt of course! But since it would be in a fictional universe, I would have to know more about said universe first.
