Oh my gosh, it actually happened...still feeling Rarity's loss from two years ago in the first tourney, and now to see her go all the way here...I can finally be satisfied. We did it. SHE did it. Respect to the Luna fans for making this a great Magic Bowl.

This race from a dig was very close.  Both ponies caught traction right away, and as the race carried on, both had times of lead.  But Rarity proved to have the better top end, and came out ahead in the end.

To my fellow Luna fans, do not be sad.  We did very good.  This battle was insanely close.  And even though Rarity won, the enjoyment I got in the times where Luna was in the lead by seeing the frightened Rarity fans was priceless.

It doesn't matter what color the the ribbon is, red or blue, because both ponies are winners in the end  ...

I've been saying for years she's the most attractive pony man, glad the forum seems to agree for once. Luna being actually beaten in something is also pretty big, her domination on these sorts of things was pretty much meme status for me personally- no offense to anyone who is a fan of her, I'm sure a lot of you fought hard too. But in the end somehow, I suppose the Rarity fans fought harder, and although I didn't really rally anyone to vote for her outside of posting I'm glad for our fanbase. Good game, 'till next time!

Why did we changed the poll on this attraction pony tournament thread?  It has been updated to Rarity is our Magic Bowl Champion, I'm thinking that's pretty excellent.

The official score is given as 151-143, but I looked again in the final minutes and I'm positive it was 151-144, which matches the total of "295 people have voted in this poll" that I also saw. Either way, what a close win for our lovable diamond diva--the second closest race in the history of the tournament, looking at my numbers here.

TBH I'm kind of tired of seeing so much rarity everywhere... I should have known she would win by viewing all the Rarity Avies ponies use to represent themselves. Oh well... Won't change my opinion.

Luna put up an excellent fight and if it were anypony else she were up against, she would have trampled them. I'm NOT saying Rarity is in any way better than our dear Princess of the Night; I'm just saying that she went up against one of the biggest fanbases on the forums (not that she didn't have a big fanbase herself). This was a great tournament!
