How well would you be able to adjust being a Pony?

Unrealistically well. I would stumble through the everfree, save the CMC from timberwolves, gain the interest and respect of the princesses from the first meeting, woo Twilight/Fluttershy/Rainbow Dash/Applejack/Lyra, then become the world's new best pony.

Would probably be confused as hell, but holy hell I'd be cute!
Also depending on if I'd be an earth pony, pegasi or unicorn I guess if I'd be a unicorn I could deal to grab things with my horn eventually with some hard training. Pegasi, I would probably crash into everything all the time. Earth pony. yes, I've always felt like I should be an earth pony if anything. Only problem would be my hooves and how to grab things. Nice new experiences though!

I'd strot around and fall all over the place, but I'd be loving it!

I'd avoid the government and want my fingers and thumbs back. If I was a unicorn, I'd worry only about the government trying to get their hands on me for dissection or being put in a zoo. Though, if I'm sentient and still talking in English, then I might not have to worry about the zoo as much.

I could cope. I would just think "Holy shit. I'm a pony. That changes things." It would be dead easy to learn how to walk. Stairs would be hard. And writing and typing; the weirdest thing to try to do with your face.

well i have no balance as a human maybe i'd do a little better with four legs instead of two but the fingers thing would be a nightmare it would be okay if you were a unicorn but if i was i'd be like why am i not a pegasi we always want what we can't have

Well, lets see.....i would have to get used to the two new legs i have, probably falling on my face a few times. Then i would probably have to get over my embarassment of not having clothes. Then you got the different pony races you have to consider. Unicorns and pegasi have there own problems, while an earth pony wouldnt really have to adjust so much. Then you have the snout and lack of fingers you have to compensate for on alot of things. Yeah, it would be a lot to take in at once.

Well, if I was a pony I wouldn't have much choice. Given time, practice, and patience, I'm sure I would acclimatize myself to the pony situation eventually. It wouldn't be easy, but I think it is possible.

This topic actually reminds me of a really good fanfic I read.

 

If it happened to me, like many others, I would start off confused and perplexed, so I'd take a bit of time to get used to basic motor functions, like walking. From there, I'd imagine that if I'm the only pony, and it wasn't some sort of global cataclysm, adjusting would get much more difficult. If its a city-, state-, nation- or worldwide event, I could imagine adjusting to my new body to be a bit easier, assuming the global economy hadn't crashed.
