Gernia 691 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 First off, I'm rather flattered about what you say about us Bronies. Anyways, I think Pegasisters are pretty cool themselves. My experiences with them have been quite positive more or less, and I've come across very few bad ones. I've met some very interesting people in this fandom and on these forums. Besides, women played a major role in not only creating MLP, but making it as popular it was, even well before G4 was made. Overall, I think they are wonderful. 1 Signature by Kyoshi Hymenoptera is the most superior order of insects. | I'm the best Street Fighter player ever... in my hometown. Rosalina's #1 fanboy. Silver Letter 1,832 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I've talked to nice 'pegasister' fans and they can be just as involved as the rest of the unconventional fanbase we have going on. I only hope that more joins in so people won't think that it is mostly male. Silver Letter!!! Foliha 395 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 Depends on individual. But enormous majority of pegasisters I ran into turned out to be very sweet, no matter how old they were (age vary from 14 to even one individual who is more than 50 years old). Overall it is good to have pegasisters aboard and You are as big part of this fandom as bronies are Also HA! This "greymare" is 62. I'll be 63 in a couple of weeks. I don't care much for the term Pegasisters. Where does that leave the Earth Ponies and Unicorns? And why do we need a gender-specific term for female fans? For those who can't accept "Brony" as a gender-neutral term, how about "Po-peeps"? (Pony People) Or if we must have a special term for girls, how about "Wonies"? (Women Ponies) Or, Filly-fans? Personally, I like "Po-peeps."

rainbowfactory01 31 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I like Pegasisters. They don’t act weird whenever I say “I like My Little Pony!”. My little pony haters, im watching you. :okiedokielokie:
GreySentinel 157 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 Hello, Amazing_Dashie_Girl! As a Brony, I'd say Pegasisters are awesome; I haven't seen a single one so far that makes me think otherwise! Male or female, having a good friend is truly an amazing thing; Bronies and Pegasisters are one of the few fandom groups that I have a LOT of respect for. Honestly, I'm probably in the minority of people in the world that would wait and let their future partner come to them (I'd have the same approach toward cutie marks too, if I were a pony! ) Other than personal preferences that are a must, It wouldn't bother me too much if my future somepony wasn't either a pegasister, or a gamer. All in all, just like Bronies, Pegasisters make this fandom the awesome group that it is!

Phoenix Flair 332 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 Bleh i hate the term pegasister so got damn much why now just call yourself Brony? like every else. I also don't like "pegasister", but ya know. To each his own. If some girls wanna be "pegasisters", that's all well and good, but I prefer just the general "brony".

Askew 29 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I'm female, and I always just use the term brony to describe myself. I think of it as a catch-all for MLP fans, and never felt it was a particularly necessary distinction. Most other fandoms don't have an inherent gender binary.

Critical Mass 178 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 (edited) There fine just so long as they aren't the second race of bronies/pegasister Although, Anti-Bronies are likely to not start a fight against one compared to bronies in general it's stange but it's there reasons. The only kind of Pegasisters I stay cautious and alert of are the ones that try to kick the bronies, now I don't mean that most of you are one I just know a specific group of pegasisters that are and they're hostile towards mostly both brony and anti-brony. What else does this world have to offer. Edited March 11, 2015 by Decanus Nexus
Mort 73 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I've never met any other fan of the show in person. However, the ones I know from here on the forums are outstanding persons. Not having any expertise or experience in the matter, I wouldn't be able to say if a pegasister/female brony/whatever would be more attractive than a non-pegasister/female brony/whatever. It would be neat to have that in common with a girl, though. Laughing Derp 27 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 In fact, pegasisters are bronies... Feminine though, im fine and happy with that~ It would be quite rude to... (Cant remember the word for this) out-stand them, they're welcome, ad a pink touch to this, altough Pinkie Pie is all pink.... Ziggy + Angel + Rain 11,302 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I think those who identify as Pegasisters have a much cooler sounding name (because it's part pegasus). I was a Pegamister for a while. x3 Otherwise I just see female fans of MLP as female fans of MLP. *Shrugs.* I think that, in this day and age, it should be acceptable for even females to appreciate colorful, friendship-pursuing equines. x ) 2 "It uses the faculty of what you call imagination. ManeStay 236 March 12, 2015 Share March 12, 2015 I think anyone who can appreciate an awesome show with a great message is really awesome, regardless of their gender. That being said, I have not met any Pegasisters in person (in fact I only just recently met three other male Bronies), but based on what I've seen on this forum and the various documentaries, Pegasisters/female Bronies are just as cool as any MLP fan. And as others have mentioned, it would be cool if more females got into the MLP fandom. I really like talking to anybody who's a fan of the show because everyone has their own experiences and they're often very fun to share. The more fans involved in the fandom the better
Chip Circuit 1,842 March 12, 2015 Share March 12, 2015 I always thought of Brony has a male term, so I like that the ladies thought of their own term. Pegasisters sounds awesome by itself. As to Pegasister's themselves, they're awesome. granted I've only known one girl online who called herself a pegasister and she was the most awesome girl I've ever known. I'm sure most other Pegasisters are the same way. So whether you're Pegasister or Brony, we're all in this fandom together So sit down, shut up and lets watch some My little Pony 1 I've been getting more into writing fanfics, mainly MLP since it has such a deep pool of creativity to pull from. I'm good with character and story concepts, so if you need help with a fanfic or something feel free to Private message me But don't be hurt if I have to decline if I'm tapped out for a bit. Otherwise I'm fairly good at it just sometimes I have to let my mind subconsciously think of some ideas. Justin_Case001 4,896 March 12, 2015 Share March 12, 2015 The term was created because some people think the general term isn't gender neutral when it is. Except that bro is short for brother. I don't care what term a person wants to be called, but I think it's silly for people to be downright outraged and offended by the existence of two terms. Is "actor" and "actress" sexist? Is "man" and "woman" sexist? There's nothing wrong with having two terms. But thank you for your post, ! It made my day. I feel the same way about Pegasisters that you feel about bronies.
