Semi-OC: The (Stare) Master (same body design as Fluttershy because it is Fluttershy but with personality of The Master)

 

Mane and Tail Color: Black, combed back so its more masculine and tail cut shorter

 

Fur Color: Yellow

 

Cutie Mark: Clock with teal eye in center

 

Eye Color: Teal

 

Other: A tie.

I'd rather it be less spiky though. My sig has a few more bits about him that are important to his appearance.

 

His cutie mark may be a bit complicated so it's alright if it's simplified.

Think Blueblood's now stick that onto a map that's a bit ruffled and curled toward the top and bottom. The compass rose is a bit big.
