Some Stuff I Drew

I took pictures of some stuff I drew recently, including a pencil drawing of Rainbow Dash. I usually can't post this stuff because I don't have my own camera...

 

I would loooove to post some more, especially MLP stuff, but I don't know when I'll be able to get the camera again...

Try taking pictures vertically next time, it'll really help with critiques! Now, on to the drawings.

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice sketch. There's just a few nitpicky things that you might wanna go over as you draw.

• Elsas right pupil is completely shaded in, while the left is beautiful and vibrant. It takes off from the picture, you want the major focus point to be on her , not just her eye.
• You did a very nice job on her hair, but try making it blend a bit more. There's specific parts (the top majorly) where the lines are too thick, which shows me that it is a drawing, when you want there to be an illusion that it is real.

This one is much better, but it is clear that it was a faster drawing. Maybe your talent is in speed drawing? I'd diddle with a bit and see what you could come up with. Besides darkening her face outline to give depth, the right pupil is once again too dark.

 

From these two, I can see your talent as an artist. You have great potential that I'd love to see grow. Continue sketching everyday, try to find your specific style and work with it!

I would also suggest investing in a computer scanner. We would be able to see every detail much easier, plus you could end up digitizing most of your artwork.
