I'm really confused about the OC, Aryanne

Some people say she's a Nazi, other people like me say the Swastika encircled by a heart means the other meaning, which is love, life, and good will. I am very confused on what she is. Only thing I know is she is killer-adorable. XD If someone could help me, thank you. This is a picture of her:

It's something /mlp/ created a while back, not exactly sure for what purpose but it's a thing and there are always threads about it.

Also how can anyone get love life and good will out of this character? Her name is literally "Aryan" made to look girly, Aryan, as in the master race Hitler dreamed of. Also she's kinda doing a sieg-heil in that picture in case you haven't noticed.

It looks like someone took Derpy, did some modifications in terms of colouration and added some... questionable 4-chan-style referencing. I don't really know what to do in terms of help... I don't trust it though; if the cutie mark was a manji instead of a swastica, I might be a little less critical, but the name, cutie mark, design and source make the inspiration pretty obvious.

I really have no idea what to believe. I'll just go with my prediction.  
All I know is I know absolutely nothing about this character other than someone kept sending me links to pictures of her in my DeviantArt's messages, so I looked her up, and I still found NOTHING. So yeah, it just depends on how you look at it I guess. I mean, there's probably tons of ponies with the same color scheme, however, the "Heil" thing, yeah, that might be a red flag.

Exactly! That's what's throwing off the Nazi thing for me. Not to mention, the swastika's original meaning was in fact, love. So I don't know.
