Starlight Glimmer in Amending Fences

Hopefully we will see Starlight Glimmer in the background of more episodes leading to the finale in which we would learn that she was stalking Twilight and using what she saw against her or something.

It would be interesting to see something like that in this show.   We could even get flashbacks to other moments in which we didn't know Starlight was there as well,

Wow, there is no way I would have spotted this. I have noticed my eyes are usually focused on the main characters of a particular scene most of the time, unless there are a bunch of background ponies about. This is quite interesting and it would be awesome it

If they use this later, showing us what Starlight saw so we could see it in her perspective. I really hope that is the case because that would be quite clever and quite different for an antagonist of the series.

 

I really hope it's not an accidental animation error-induced Starlight clone. Behind the menu....hides Derpy. The grandmaster of animation mistakes.

Starlight Glimmer could ruin the friendship by talking to Moondancer and mention how she's been left out of the awesome Mane 6 adventures.

 

Twilight Sparkle has friends, but they aren't all "equal". Some are more important than others.

Maybe she just wanted to eat at that restaurant and realized Twilight was there and then thought "ah crap, now I gotta eat my meal behind this menu so they don't see me." I've legitimately seen people I didn't want to talk to at a restaurant before, so I nonchalantly ignored them. And I wasn't stalking them.

 

But I honestly think she is a little to conspicuously placed so I do expect to see her in an upcoming episode.

If it is her, I think it's pretty cool that the show writers put her in that episode, especially since it's right in the middle of the season.

 

Can't wait to see how this is gonna unfold.

I think we are being set up for the season finale...She is on the loose, and she is the only one to have figured out magic dealing with cutie marks.

 

She knows she is not as powerful as Princess Twilight...but with Cutie Mark magic, she could close the gap

Or, maybe her heart will soften, and open up to the power of Friendship, and team up with Twilight and friends to face an even bigger threat, in the season finale.

 

Maybe the power to remove Cutie Marks isn't really hers, and she's been unknowingly used as a puppet by the finale's villain?

 

Maybe Luna isn't the only entity that can enter dreams, and the reason why Apple Bloom's cutie mark nightmare lasted as long as it did, was because the shadowy figure in her dream was the real villain!

If you look at the leaked episode list, it does seem that she will be the main antagonist for the finale as well.

It does seem like the writers are hinting at something with her. Whether she is plotting or on recon for a bigger fiend (Amisrapi was a a ram remember), it does leave us with some intriguing questions.
