Easy one, with Applejack being my answer.

I always complain about when will "The Season of Applejack" come. Season 4 was Rarity's Season, but Season 5 didn't showed to be Applejack's season (at least not yet), so the search is still on...

To be honest, here I don't have that clear of an answer. All the characters, minus Applejack, seem to have a somewhat balanced Screen Time, which tends to follow with character development. Here, to be quite honest, I don't know who to say, because I don't have clear which one would have "too much screen time" right now.
