technical issue Blank Flank Glitch?

Uh, I'm seeing a glitch were most people are blank flanks and they aren't. Is that the staff messing with stuff or is it a glitch?

I think it's a glitch resulting from the staff switching the temporary birthday ranks back to their original ones.
