Pretty much. Except my dad is more in touch with social media than Jesse's dad, and he is a hard-worker (working in construction as a drywaller). My mom is actually more like Jesse's dad when it comes to not being rational enough to understand the full-potential I have with my future (because I am still yet to explain to my mom how some stuff works. Just like the same with with Jesse needing to explain his dad somethings in order to help him understand. Also, because she is a lot more religious that I am (even tho I stand by my Christian beliefs, my mom and I have obvious differences)).

All right, I am reopening this thread, but here is the deal. It's fine to disagree about the authenticity of these videos; that's a debate in itself. However; do NOT stoop insulting the intelligence & sympathy of others; nor are you to accuse others of trolling. Inciting the emotions or anything of the sort will not be welcome here.

 

As such a few posts had to be hidden, but the thread itself can go on. Just please remember we are all humans here; no need for the insults.

I watch his videos every now and then. I mainly watch his Psycho Dad videos. As for if the videos are real or if everybody is acting, I don't really know for sure, however, I'm leaning more towards the acting side because, let's be honest, a family this dysfunctional could never last for as long as the Psycho series has been going. However, despite that, his videos are still good.

I love watching his videos. I honestly mostly just watch his vlogs, (usually the ones with uncle larry ^.^), but I do watch the psycho vids sometimes.

I couldn't care less if the psycho videos were fake. Here's my thoughts:
If they are fake: It's kinda like watching a show, at least I know that they aren't actually a crazy family.

If they are real: Meh, I still like watching it.

Staged or not, the point of these videos is to entertain and I think people forget that entirely.

Granted, it stopped being entertaining for me a long-ass time ago, but the folks that feel the need to constantly point out that these videos are fake are no better than the folks who see these videos as real.

Scripted. The acting isn't convincing, it's just loud, and the characters conveniently both don't notice the camera man AND wait for him to get the right angles before continuing.

 

Of course the guy who made the videos is going to tell you they're legitimate. Ever heard of Criss Angel? He's a fraudulent stage magician who makes his career on CGI-edited videos he claims are legitimate (in addition to the standard stage magic lies of "I don't know any of the people in this video who are all my assistants" etc.)

 

I don't find this very entertaining, either. I'll have to pass on this channel.

Wow I never knew this thread even existed, I've been a juggie for 2 years now, his videos are extremely relatable. I don't know how people can find that lawnmower video funny if you have known him for a long time. One of my parents actually showed me that lawnmower video because they thought it was "funny" and because apparentally it went viral on facebook and stuff...I was just speecheless and walked off...

Because I am convinced along with millions of others known as the "Juggies" that most of his videos are real (not counting his skits from high school and college of course). If you dare believe they are fake, you have no soul and heart.

If people think they are fake then it doesn't matter man, maybe try laying off just a tad with the "if you think this is fake then you have no soul or heart", that's like saying if you don't watch MLP then you have no soul or heart. Oh and by the way...he has 2 million subscribers, I bet only 500,000 are real juggies. The rest are just there to watch him suffer, hence the reason why the psycho vids have millions of views and his little vlogs he does throughout the day only have a few hundred thousand.
